2nd Jan 2020 worst trip ever. you want me to reply to you after 8 months. I will give my time for the people to know. I have been manali couple of times so please don't try to give silly excuses -food quality -Bus problem -several times we didn't even had proper shelter -missed sightseeing -time management -we had two bus on the trip among which one was water leaking like hell throughout the trip in the rain -both the bus broke down one by one on the journey, I understand this could happen with anyone but at the very first day itself looking at the bus condition we said we can't travel in this. But our organizers were all about to save penny because of which we ended up waiting on streets in less than 10 degree temperature not to forget in rain each day for around 4-5 hours. -After bus broke down the alternative which was given was tempo travel 12 passenger small bus in which our luggage was tossed by keeping it on the roof in rain, luckily the rain stopped. We travelled for around 10 hours in that compact bus, that small bus not even had a proper seating -And who the hell keeps the bus 3kms away from the hotel and none of the organizers were knowing it initially and they just asked us to keep walking on the street. because of which we were late by 4-5 hours. -because of which we had our lunch at 6pm and that too pathetic food. more than 10 people fall sick and omitting -dinner, even worst we were forced to eat half cooked food -we were said we will get non-veg meal in dinner. forget non-veg, we had the worst veg meal of our that day -food in open terace who does that in rain -we were asked to stay in "reception area" for more than 5 hours in dharamshala waiting for dinner. just after dinner we didn't even had rooms to freshenup before getting into bus -everytime when we leave from hotel it took around 3 hours to get the bus started because of which we had lunch, sightseeing timing issues always -organizer were not knowing about the place we were visting, because of which we ended up reaching at the places at thier closing timings

Very bad service 1.They have mention 3 &4 star hotel but in actual there are 3rd class hotels 2. In package sleeper coach duplex bus mention but in actual there a re simple bus 3.spots are droped as mention in package 4.very lazy & addicted guide 5.waste of money

Staff is good...but no coordination between tour guides / driver and hotel owners. Our tour manager didn't made payments till we reach our hotels. Agents don't answer calls and no call backs. We suffered loss of Rs 3000 approx.

Management was not at all good. There was no first aid team and the tour planner and guide was not at all interested in guiding rather he was just running as if the trip was his vacation trip for himself. Only first hotel was good rest everywhere we had to adjust at each point.

Partner of Trusty travels is very pathetic, they took around 3,50,000 back in march and not paid a single rupee yet to customers as trips cancelled due to lockdown...please don't book any trips from them...they are not loyal and arrogant. Instead of asking me how this justified if you are repaying 30k for 17 couples. Do you really shame of you to return the money...just wait you will face legal implications also..just wait for it...this is a hard earned money of retired people. This is how trusty travels works earning money from illegal ways and not returning the same even the tour is cancelled.

Very Very wrost experience , I don't like this service , very lezy schedule no timetable, Which of these things did not happen on time?The man couldn't care less...he just drank alcohol and slept. We were looking forward to our trip..we had a good walk but didn't come....didn't like the food at all

Pathetic service....they really do not know how to do agreements... don't get fooled and waste your time in it...they might be a travel agency or real estate agency, but not someone who can process agreements and documentations

Wonderful experience. The management was superb. Our escort Yadnesh was managing everything perfectly. Trusty travel is the name you can trust. Our luggage was properly handled. The selection of hotels was great. Great work overall. Five stars all the way.

Trusty travels is the best..!! The best tour experience i ever had. Coudent get more than this in such low prices The hotels were perfect same as shown in the pictures. We were so lucky the even upgraded our hotels. Time was managed very nicely. And our tour guide Yadnesh was very informative and friendly without him we would not have enjoyed that much for sure.

Very bad trip organised by this travel agency the agent is fully alcoholic the agent name jayesh is very badly treated with our group and he spend his full time in alcohol & smoking

We have book 4 dham trip with trustee travel all details that mention in quote all services are fake and not provide good quality of food also not proper stay arrangement
