Location is good... food also nice specially breakfast...but they are trying to decieve customers by not including the extra person bed charge in the main amount to be paid. For example we were charged 4000/- from MMY for three people with breakfast but at the hotel they asked us to pay more 1500/- for extra bed. So be careful if you are booking one room for 3 adults. We booked from make my trip.

Excellent stay! Recently visited Ahmedabad for a couple of days for leisure with family. The front office, operations staff are amazing. They add the personal touch to make your stay comfortable, and memorable. Looked after all our needs during breakfast, suggested places of visit, arranged transport at short notice, provided useful suggestions, made conversations, and what not. We felt totally at home. A very relaxed and wonderful stay! Best stay so far! Keep up the good work!

Room are comfortable - breakfast buffet is very nice. But it’s really the staff that needs to be complimented here. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure you have everything you need. Small meaningful gestures every step of the way. This will most certainly be my first option next time I travel to Ahmedabad.

Slightly old property but maintained well. The rooms are of decent size. The bathroom is very spacious. Has different shower cubicle and powder room. The lobby staff, restaurant staff are all courteous. The breakfast is out of the world. Amazing spread. Primarily business clientele but we went as a family. Location is also good. We went over for Dinner at the "The Eatery" restaurant of Four Points by Sheraton. The starter was really good, the food was average, non-veg was good, the sweet were intermediate apart from Pastries. The staff were very polite and pro-active. I would recommend to try once.

Very courteous staff, ready to assist at every step. Rooms are well maintained. Washroom area is huge and well kept. Adequate lighting in the rooms with a desk for doing your work. The breakfast spread is lavishly laid down to spoil anyone. Great taste of all food items and milkshakes. Masala tea is one of the better ones here as compared to its peers. Look forward to revisiting them.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and shopping areas. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant also served tasty international cuisine for lunch and dinner. The fitness center was well-equipped and the garden was relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad. It is a 5-star hotel with excellent service and amenities

Neat and clean floor, fresh washroom and latest new bathroom, fresh pillow and blanket, best cooling system, we can get each language tv channels. It's maintain by Marriott. It has huge reception area for waiting and passing time, we are getting best breakfast with south Indian as well as gujarati food with various types of sweet. Food quality good.

I stayed with my family and the i was amazed with their service. The rooms were spacious, staff very courteous, neat and clean environment. Food was delicious. It is advisable that dinner or breakfast or both pre booked with room. (It would be cheaper). Location is also at the heart of the city and surprisingly no noisy despite that. However I feel they should be more generous with toiletries. Rest we had good relaxed time. I have already bookmarked it for my next visit.

I absolutely love this property of Marriot. Its location is very central and the service always meets above expectation. From security to F&B the staff is always very polite and friendly. I would like to personally thank Duty Manager Mr. Jitendra who really ensured my stay was very comfortable and stress free.

I had booked a superior room and it did not match my expectations, in terms of the size. The rooms are shabby and need major face-lift for all furniture and other finishes. The linen had stains and the extra bed I asked for (paid for 3 people in one superior room), never arrived. Service is good and food is average. It's simply overpriced.

Spent 3 nights with my daughters on our first trip to India for a wedding. Yes, rooms are slightly outdated to American standards, but overall this is a safe, comfortable and convenient hotel. Dining is excellent with Western and Eastern options.

Very bad experience: 1. Pegion hole rooms with baaaad view. Not even a single almirah in any room. 2. Empty small fridge in room that doesnt cool at all. And explaination to the same is mini bars do not cool. They just keep the stuff at normal temprature :-) 3. Non courteous hotel staff, especially at front desk and even in resturant. 4. Morning breakfast buffet: ufffff...same khandvi, dhokla, tasteless cakes with repetitive menu on live counters. Its b....a....d. 5. Absolutely no other attraction in the property that one can look upto or to keep oneself be in the hotel...no swimming pool, below average or if i be generous then average ambience. 6. Overtly priced menu...1 plate aaloo paratha costs around 500, and i wont mind paying that if its tasty - but sadly its just not. So one should not waste their money by choosing this hotel in ahemdabad at all.

Overall Excellent... I couldn't afford to wait for 15 mins for the taxi that i booked thru service providers. I requested the hotel Staff member if they can help me. Staff crew understood my urgency and had responded so quickly exhibiting excellent coordination. The person heading that department himself managed to drop me at the destined place as their driver couldn't turn up... If they hadn't reacted actively i would have missed my train. My heart felt thanks to the team... Mr. Nipuna patel, thank you so much for helping me at the need of an hour. Hats off to you. You should be rewarded...!

It is a wonderful place. The meals offered here are extraordinary and amazing. Quality of service is also unquestionable. The behaviour of the staff is appreciable. If you are going there by public transport then make sure that you are not thugged by a local services provider.

It is a great place to stay. The staff was polite and courteous. The restaurant staff, Chef Sunil and their team deserves a special thanks. They were very helpful. Right from the front desk supervisor to the housekeeping staff, bellman etc everyone was extremely friendly. It was a lovely experience staying here.

Well it was decent but not good enough to be a 4 star hotel. Especially the spread in buffet was so sad. I also tried facing difficulty while booking the room with breakfast but it wasn't allowing me although their breakfast wasn't that great. Staff was courteous and polite, services were good.

On a family trip to Ahmedabad, we stayed for two nights at Four Points and the experience couldn't have been better. The room was spacious and top-notch, the overall service was excellent and the food was really delicious. There were many vegetarian options in the buffet and what else I could ask for. Special thanks to Anuja and Gurvinder for taking care of us so well. It was definitely a stay we'd remember.

Stay was very good, rooms are also good and food is super delicious , they keep some gujrati varieties too in there breakfast. You have a lot to eat in breakfast. We got our car battery stuck in the hotel , Watchman helped us alot , he helped in solving out the problem and start our car. I came for business work and would love to repeat

Went for lunch buffet, the food was pathetic , tasteless and the minimal options available. For non, only 1 dish was available. The attendant was least interested to solve any query. The washrooms which was supposed to be most hygienic was dirty and smell foul. The hotel belonging to five star categories are more and much superior then this. Worst experience for this.. highly non recommended for lunch buffet.

I am staying here for the last 5 days and the wonderful services are rendered by all the members of staff of this hotel. It is a wonderful hotel and offers delicious, foods, with love as if you are taking food at your home. Serving members are attentive at all times and provide exceptional services while having breakfast, dinner etc. 5 stars for the services offered. The rooms are very good despite the charge low compared to other hotels in the same category.

I stay in Canada and was looking for a stay for my parents in ahemdabad. I approached reservation for booking and with some specific requirements and Dhaval from reservation helped me with everything and assured me that they will take care of my parents. For old age parents u always want better and comfortable stay. Everything went smooth . They loved there stay. Excellent hotel and amazing staff. Highly recommend it.

Good rooms however the buffet spread was like there but not there. No separate cafeteria, only one restaurant. Below four star standards. Location is good but cannot be easily found, there were trees covering the names board.

I stayed here for four days.. Cleaning was done only once. The room was unclean. Their were mosquitoes in the room and the staff did not even replace water everyday. The 300 rupees credit that it comes with had lot of terms and conditions.

Everything about the hotel was completely top notch. Hotel is centrally located in Ahmedabad with proximity to railway station, lake, market, riverfront. There is no valet service but have space for parking. They took good precautions on Covid guidelines and made to feel safe. The rooms were spacious, well kept and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread was good as well. I would highly recommend this place.

I planned for a work cation in Ahmedabad and this hotel came out to be the best choice. They have good food, good service, extreme hospitality, security and great location. The breakfast spread can spoil anyone for its variety, taste and hospitality. The Room service, cleanliness and support was cool. Would definitely recommend this place for family, workcation etc. Would definitely come back.

Good Hotel for stay, great food and staff. The only thing I didn't like was size of the room, they are really small. Plus, the TV was annoying as the STB was placed very oddly and you can't operate TV from other side of the bed. Other then those minor issues, everything was great. Would surely recommend.

I went there for one corporate event. The banquet hall was good. It was well equipped. The sound system was running very good. The technician was there for support. The ac were functioning properly. The food review is also nice. Taste was really good and quality was up to mark. Very good place for corporate /business meetings.

You have three or four Marriott options at Ahmedabad. Chose this one. They upgraded me, as I was eligible. Property will be better uplifting in rooms. Restaurant BF menu was limited, food acceptable. Mask discipline in kitchen and dining can be better. Needs efforts for usual Marriott standard.

This is the worst hotel. We’ve experienced in our travels throughout India. We reserved a City View, and got a view of a trashy road and railway tracks. The rooms are smelly, dirty, and in need of new furnishing. The headboards on the beds have huge stains, the chair has stains on the headrest as well as the arms. It was sticky. The floor was dusty and requested house keeping to clean. The bathroom was okay. The manager is a thief. After speaking with him and letting him know we did not feel safe or comfortable, we asked to cancel our reservation. He canceled it (since it was near midnight) and we had no transportation we elected to stay until the next morning. He charged us for that stay and informed us we would receive a full refund in 30 days. Another lie. Marriott International just referred as back to the manager and said it was at the hotels discretion to refund our money. ; they are no help. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
