22nd parallel is over rated, try dishes by Rugmani's kitchen. I had mix veg uttapam and steamed idli. Believe me they're best in taste as far as makarpura/Manjalpur area is concerned. This place is located in manjhalpur in raama complex. Its an authentic South Indian place to try the best dosa and idli in town. They use ghee and butter to make their dosa idli and uttapam. The place is owned by a sweet aunty who makes all the masala,sambhar and chutney. I tried rava masala dosa which was crispy and served with two delicious chutney and sambhar. Then i tried mysore masala dosa which had a spicy masala and was perfect in taste with complete balance of flavours. Podi masala idli is a must to try at this place. Their uttapam had huge variety from which i had vegetable uttapam. Their filter coffee was the show stopper for me . If you are looking for authentic filter coffee then this a place to have .

One of the best place for authentic south indian food. Loved their mendu vada, Mysore masala dosa, paneer dosa, rasam and filter coffee. Their red chutney is fab 🥰 Owner is very kind and humble. She serves with whole heart which makes the food taste even to better.

We liked the taste. One thing needs to improve is overuse of red chilli or similar indegrents in sambhar and chutney . As both of us had stomach issues post having dinner. Service and behavior was very good.

Nice south Indian taste. Sambhar tastes awesome. Staff is so polite. Owner is also good nature. Ambience nice. I visited 2 times. All good. Sada dosa, masala dosa, masala uttapam all tasty. Masala idli tastes good. Must try once. Fast service. They seek for ur reviews for improvement 👍. Prices are somehow high than others.

Rugmani's Kitchen is run by a family, entirely. This gives them a lot of chances to actually make the food delicious. They do so, too. Sitting arrangement is restricted due to a small space. Recommended to visit during weekdays. Service is good. Food is crafted per everyone's preference without losing the authenticity of the cuisine. Car parking may be an issue since the building has other shops and restaurants also. Rugmani's Kitchen is not directly visible from the road. The building, however, is right on the road.
