WHEN YOU QUESTION THEM FEARING THAT THEIR REPUTATION WOULD BE DAMAGED THEY WOULD SILENTLY PAy BACK THE DIFFERENCE THEY HAVE OVERCHARGED. MY REQUEST TO ALL PARENTS PLEASE COMPARE PRICE OF EACH AND EVERY BOOK WITH THE LIST PROVIDED SO THAT YOU ARE NOT OVERCHARGED BY THIS GREEDY SHOPKEEPERS. THAT'S Y THEY DON'T GIVE YOU A DETAILED BILL. JUST SENT THE BILL BY MESSAGE.

Very unprofessional vendor.. They dont pick up call.. Deliver the wrong notebook set and argue.. Everytime few books are out of stock for which they take payment in advance and then neither refund nor deliver the books. Dont waste your money here.

After sending faulty book, the staff never picked up the call, they keep on blame customers. Terrible service, worst support

Good but very high price. I have purchased School books only, and they also not delivered. I want to go to the book shop. They message that your book is delivered.

Poor service provider, time mentioned on website is 9AM-9PM but staff is not responsible to deal with customers. In addition by them, system get closed after 7PM. kindly request to change timing schedule on website.

If you are reading this review then DO NOT BUY BOOKS FROM BOOKBAZAR. They are just thieves. Once you place the order, they will never reply to you. Their customer service is pathetic to say the least. I lost my money and never received the books. So, please please do not buy anything from here. Edit: After lots of follow ups, finally I got the money back so giving 2 stars but better to place order only on Cash on Delivery with them.

Order on 28 march still not recived no phone calls working,no whatsapp reply,no email reply,waiting for 7 days for delivery .i would suggest go to some other book vendor.pathetic service .
