    I had taken 3 demo sessions. I must admit that Ms Shikha's teaching methods and unique and wonderful. I would highly recommend this fitness studio for anyone looking to increase their core muscle strength

    Hi, had another round of Pilate sessions with you and it was amazing as always. It was very good to get relaxed and get back with energy after each session. Very happy and thankful to you it really helps for people like us who Work from home. Shikha is an amazing Pilate trainer. I had serious back pain due to slip disc in 3 points but thanks to the Pilate exercises regularly that I did with her, I don't have any pain in the back. After 3 months only I able to do routing work and there is no pain even lift heavy weights if required without any issue. Thank you very much Shikha.

    Shikha is intelligent and a great observer. She has an in-depth understanding of Barre and Pilates and executes her plans according to your body type. The classes have helped me understand my body better and build strength. Not to miss it, the place is hygienic and has a great view. I would recommend Shikha's Yoga Barre Pilates studio to anyone who is looking to get fit or to start the fitness journey or just want to try a different workout. This place will serve you well.     I started Pilates with a goal of getting stronger and improving my core strength. My experience over the past couple of months have been amazing. I feel strong both physically and mentally. Shikha, my trainer understands the body, its potential and her style of doing things have helped in improving my body.

    I absolutely loved the Introductory Classes. Having never dabbled in Pilates before, I was quite intrigued and went in with high expectations. Shikha’s personalised approach and her patience make the learning experience extremely comfortable. I absolutely love how thoroughly she explains not only how to do the postures, but also why we do them. Strongly recommend!

    I joined yoga barre pilates to improve my flexibility and core. Shikha is one of the best pilates instructor I have ever come across! I started feeling a difference in my body flexibility after 2 classes and it only got better after that. Shikha is extremely knowledgeable, she took the time to understand what I needed to work on and came up with an amazing workout plan for me. Thank you!

    Where do I start for this amazing place called yoga Barre and Pilates I mean it was just one of the BEST EXPERIENCE of my life. Loved the place, aura and the instructor. The vibe of this place is so lively and positive. Ambiance is really homely and welcoming. And the great mind behind this experience Shikha just one word for her 'superwoman'. Whatsoever the topic, questions, fun, or guidance you name it and she will be there with her wisdom. So grateful for the part of this workout

    Workouts with Shikha are always fun and very articulate. She really cares about your goals and body posture and will always guide you in the right direction. I have been working out with Shikha for a long time and have seen great results and a transformation in my body. The studio has a beautiful view to work out to.

    I joined Yoga Barre Pilates with the aim of shedding some pounds . After some sessions with Shikha it was not just about weight loss but about my overall growth. She is working both on my physical and mental well-being. Now my body is more flexible, my skin is improved, side effects of my allergies are reduced and I have become a calmer and more relaxed person. Before joining the classes walking 5 minutes had become difficult for me but now I can walk 30-40 minutes without any difficulty. During sessions she is always there to modify exercises according to my body type and strength, which helps me to do it with ease. She is always there to hear you and guide you in a better way. Thanks Shikha for helping me to coordinate with my mind, body and soul.

    Shikha is very well versed with what she is doing. Her attention to detail helps the client be safe, learn about their posture while becoming aware on how to correctly do the exercise which makes it more effective at the same time will help their other physical activities as well. She is very punctual about time which was very impressive and important for me.
