I was having lower back pain from last 5-6 months. Tried every nuskha and suggestions by all well wishers, tried 2 physios, sitting habits and all but all were of no use. Few days back when pain was increasing and I couldn't bare it anymore, opened a app and searched for Physiotherapist and came to know about Care Plus. Booked appointment same day and met Dr. Mansi Shah. She briefly understood all the problems and pas history and suggested me daily sessions at the clinic for some days. Its been 10 days and now the pain is almost gone. Dr. Mansi has suggested to keep doing all the stretching and exercise at home from now on.
