The Customer Service is very very poor . No staff member is doing their duty well . We have to tell their cashier to come to billing to do billing as they are just roaming and we have to wait a lot even though 5 counters were their . The ac of the whole mall was switched off and has not been on after telling so many times . There is a lot of suffocation inside . And after that as we came out after doing all billing the lady standing outside was just wasting time of customer by just checking the rates of each items in bill for her quarry only , after asking about same she make unusual excuses. I totally recommend not to go to this particular place instead their r lots of reliance stores , so we can go their . @Reliance Retail should take care of their store else they will lose their market .

A very good place to buy daily essentials and grocery. Price is reasonable and lower then the market. Quality of the products are very good. Specialy vegetables and fruits are very fresh. Other FMCG products are also available from different brands. No issues for the parking for two and four wheels as well.

The staff is not that co-operative especially the billing counter. Many of them are only interested in fulfilling online orders and needs. Plus there is a lift for the first floor where they keep major toiletries and the bathroom needs based products. Better to visit a different reliance smart store

I was gone between 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm very bad service at that time. I want to buy loose pasta their was no one to weight and lable it me at my own tried to figure out how to do it after couple of tries I succeeded. Then at time of billing there was only one counter open other staff was sleeping in cabin. Also their was no consept of 5 items billing counter. Other wise nice and well maintained store.

This is a good convenience store with all products available. However, there are a few suggestions which the manager should take up seriously: 1. Cleaning and wet mopping the place as customers are shopping is not appropriate. Some of the elderly are at risk of fall and injuries. The store should seriously consider the risks and consider doing wet mopping before the store opens. Then only dry mop the place regularly once store opens. 2. Weighing and pricing the vegetables and grains during peak hours require more than 1 counter to be open at all times. We see many staff sitting around, joking, laughing or moving around shuffling things, but nobody cares to look at the line and lending a helping hand. 3. The check-out counters are small and some of the staff are very new. Suggest that during the training period of a new staff at check-out, an experienced person supervises at all times for a month at least so that they have good training and the customers are not spending endless time waiting for everything to be checked out properly. 4. We appreciate the vegetables etc. can lead to dust and grime, but sometimes the floors are appalling! Regular cleaning protocols would be helpful. 5. Finally, when this store opened, the initial staff were very good and helpful. But more recently, the staff are rude and defiant. For example: when I suggested that the store should consider whether wet mopping can be done at the end of the day when store closes, or before the store opens - I got a curt reply that everything cannot be done as per my convenience. And when I asked whether there was a customer feedback form - I was given a register to write something (without being interested in guiding me how to file my feedback or even giving a pen). I am sure that some training in customer services would help elevate the standards of Reliance to good national standards (international seems a far fetch). Having said all of the above, I am likely to continue shopping here. But I hope the manager is able to review the points carefully and implement them as best as possible.

Very efficient n courteous staff. Store opens at 7 am n closes at 10 pm. Name Reliance is enough to describe this store. Located at Celebration City Centre South Bopal, Ahmedabad 380058. Enough car parking near the store as well as big parking in basement too.
