One of the finest gym with ample of space. Worked out here for 2 years. Separate section for weight section. They have all sort of equipments which you might not find in other gyms. They have branches in Ahmedabad.

Horrible place and trainers are useless bundle of people who r always busy with their phones rather than training you. I knew nothing about workout so didn’t knew about pre and post workout stretching and these people didn’t even bother to teach stretching which lead to a severe back muscle spasm. Pathetic

Worst facilities ever..compare to other gym services...poor services I have seen in this gym... No proper AC... Only suffocation environment is here..due to this I deny to come even after pay for Personal training.. not good management.. not proper diet chart given... No BMI machine available for proper measurement.

Overall the gym facilities is quite good and additionally there are trainers and different sessions each morning. You can take part in the sessions to do different type of exercise led by a mentor or you can do whatever you like using the modern equipments. If any questions, the trainers will help you. One drawback I found that some of the trainers are reluctant to help, a little less unprofessional. Another things is that they do not really track or care whether you have received proper guidance or not, or whether you have make your body chart ...you have to enquire by yourself. However, for a year long membership the price is budget friendly.

Satisfaction level is zero and if posible than go for other option don't waste money for this gym .

It’s worst gym I have gone .. when you enter that time they convince you about how they give you trannig and all… once you enroll and come first day they don’t care … trainers are busy to make their own body no body care …. Because I told them I need training but no one care …so pls don’t go this gym

According to me vala's gym is excellent and lot of space over here, staff is also helpfull always support me

To boost my immunity, resistance and strengthening of bones and muscles ,since 2 yrs working out in vala's gym. Got very good results due to punctuality of regular work out, and of course 100% co- operation and guidance of coach jigar & jatin sir very much helpful
