One star is mandatory else I will give less than this. I purchased Daikin 1.5ton 4 star AC, when I purchased, Vijay Sales team told me that installation will be done by company. But HI Tech Enterprise team was came for installation. They are just trying to extend as much as much possible cable as well copper pipe, so they get more money from customer. They are not completing work upto the mark as I expected from Daikin Company. Better than this, my local AC service man will be make good and proper installation. I have pay 4k amount post that I am getting worst to worst experience. Also water leakage is started in within 3 days.

A great place for all things electronic. Every electronic product you can think of is available here and in the festive season they give you good offers too. One thing that might bug you is the long time taken for billing. Infact their sales process is quite good and the staff is very efficient, but billing kills all the experience. We spent 15 mins in choosing the right product and 30 mins in the paying process. Probably a better billing software might solve this!

Not a good experience at all. The store lured us with false promise. Delivered an old and probably used fridge when I paid for a fresh fridge. The fridge was tempered with and had its laminated covering peeled off with visible scratches at door handle, giving an indication that it was an used/returned fridge. When contacted at the store and highlighting the matter, the store persons flatly refused to acknowledge the issue and rather communicated that laminated covering never comes in Panasonic fridge. I have not been able to use the fridge inspite of full payment.

I have rated this outlet as 5-star, but now I am degrading because I am facing issues with all purchases/installations. - I purchased SBS refrigerator, demo was done after 3 days that also on getting behind the customer care from my side. - I purchased AC and the same was installed on 5th day after delivery. On checking with the maker customer care, they replied that VS had not booked the installation. Apart from this, i was given wrong information about installation charges. - I bought Microwave OTG and it is having dent on top. Now I am running behind them for the replacement but couldn't get any confirmation since last 3 days. They do work and will pease you till the time you pay the bill, after that you have to keep them calling on their customer care number. If you have lot of time to run behind them, then go for purchases in VS or better go for some other good serviceable electronic appliance outlet. Hope VS will improve somewhat and become customer friendly.

Worst ever experience after sales services. I went to buy LG fridge but they somehow convinced me to buy Leibherr fridge after naming it as a German technology. It turned out to be a blunder and stopped working within few months but it took around one month for them to got it right after several follow ups made to their customer care. Now that once again this fridge is giving same problem but one one is bothered to give response to lodge my complaint. They simply sold me the product in which they had good margins but with no after sales services. It is a Pathetic experience with the brand as well as ESPECIALLY WITH VIJAY SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT..

The persons Ms. Neha and Mr. Ravi are luring aged persons like us and seems to have duty to sell refurbished refrigerator in the name of original fresh refrigerator. They have delivered faulty fridge and inspire of repeated requests, are not taking proper action. I strongly request everyone to refrain from using this shop. I demand immediate replacement of the fridge or return my hard earned money

Very bad experience with Vijay sales. We bought a new washing machine on 11 sep 2023. It was delivered on 12th sep 2023. Demo was done on 13/9/23 evening. I put clothes for wash very next day on 14/9/23 and the machine didnt work. Out water pipe was nt working. Just one day old washing machine was defective. I complained on 15th sep as it was late on 14th. A technician visited us on 16th and accepted that machine is defective and needs to be replaced. But said it will be long procedure and might not happen also. We informed vijay sales about it but only reply we could get is its not in our hands now as two days had passed by the time you complained and now company will arrange for replacement. Company ppl are giving vague replies like we have sent mail and we will get reply from factory and stuff like that. No particular date or solution given to us after a week. Also they cheated with is about the extended warranty. Now i would worry abt it as the machine didnt even work for two days forget abt it working for 5 years. They never told us that its not a company warranty but vijay sales warranty. There is huge difference between both. It all seems like a scam as we are not getting any concrete action from either vijay sales or siemens. We had bought it on urgent basis bcoz it was needed urgently. But all this is just making our life more hell. Even after paying 47500 we are without a washing machine and indefinite wait. Didnt expect this from a big store like vijay sales. They could have easily given us replacement from their stock and made our life easier. But no. They just put it all over siemens and have lost a loyal customer. Also the extended warranty is truely a scam. They did not mention at that time tht this is not company warranty and just vijay sales warranty. Some third party is incharge of it. Totally fake promises. Please do clear all ur doubts and ask abt everything before buying anything from here since they do not give clear information. They just want to achieve their targets. And thus do not give clear information abt such things.
