This is not in central city area. So this not so crowded. There are some shopping shop in group floor. On second and third floor there are hospital and offices.

In this place all the hospitals are there. I was visiting Apple Children's hospital which is a very good hospital for children. There are some laboratories also, One is Usmanpura Lab. If you want to live here for more than 1 hour and if you have a car with you then use the basement.
