Very beautiful collection at reasonable price

So we bought a few jewellery pieces from there and one of those earrings from the pair wasn’t true to the size, small to be precise and didn’t close. I went in there the very next day to get it exchanged for the same sort of earrings. Saw them and all of them had the same issue. He denied to us that we couldn’t exchange those earrings of the same design continuously saying that we should’ve tried them on before buying them and it’s their policy. The problem was not from our side, it was from theirs and both of the employees present there, witnessed it too and tried the earrings on us too. We’ve bought a lot of jewellery from a lot of places and none of those have ever been so rude and denied for any after service. The manager was so rude and kept on arguing saying it’s not our policy and we should’ve tried them on. Firstly, I’ve never heard any jewellery place say it. Secondly, the manager did not have the general decency to talk to their customers politely. No matter how good the product or service you provide is, in the end what customers remember the brand by is, customer service. And if you value that too, KUSHAL’s JEWELLERY WILL SURELY DISAPPOINT YOU TO THE BEST! Never in my entire life would I want to visit that store again!!!!!!
