    Came for an NRI account. Poor customer service, made me wait for an hour becouse the head was on lunch. The person told me she will be back in 5 and didnt show up for another hour. Stay away from this bank and try another NRI branch. Very unprofessional.

    BOI remained on top in terms of service to customers in industry. This Branch is at good location. Loan Rate is very low as compared to peers and that too with excellent service branch staff.

👍 State Bank of India, SBI, Vastrapur Branch. All the staff members are very much cooperative and helpful in nature. There is also an ATM where you can do your banking 24*7. Overall, good bank.
