Dr Puja is unprofessional , have the worst diagnosis of the patients , donot have etiquettes to talk with patients or their near ones who are concerned and living abroad , Instance 1: My mom got recommended by one family physician , took her consultation with her My mom is suffering from Acute Arthritis and this Dr prescribed her some steroids and Dan B (pain killer ) for 10 days course After 10 days , my mom just texted her in emergency as she was having severe pain she messaged /call on 30th June 2019 just to ask her should she continued taking medication The doctor replied and call back after 10 days in which she inform half information of medicine she failed to mention the dosage The doctor response is late and patient has to suffer I am going to file the legal actions against this clinic and the doctor And will report it Indian medical association for irresponsible behavior with patients in the case of emergency services

The worst kind of doctors are the kind that don't respect their patients' time. And Mrs. Srivastava is the epitome of that kind. Her office dishes out appointments to more people than she can handle (with her approval, of course). The suffering patients (oftentimes very aged people) are left to wait for multiple hours for their chance to meet her holiness, only to be told that they should come back in the evening slot. To give you an example, people who had an appointment at 11 am were only able to meet her at 2 pm. The people who were waiting for their appointments post that for a good 2.5-3 hours were told to come back at 6 pm. All this while, no one was even offered water. All this during the times of coronavirus, when she should be trying to have as little people in her office as possible. Instead, at any given point in time, there were 20+ people in the waiting room. What doctor makes her patients suffer this way? If you still want to seek her help, please do that with an open schedule (±5 hours from appointment time). And if you're reading this "Dr." Puja, learn to respect your patients and their time, just like you expect them to. Even if you're good at your job (which I highly doubt considering the discussions I had with your patients while in the waiting room for 3 hours), it doesn't count for anything if you can't do the basics right.

A doctor doesn’t only need good knowledge, he should also have good communication skills. A doctor’s aura should be such that the patient feels motivated not disrespected. Dr. Pooja has great knowledge of the work that she is doing. But as far as communication is concerned, not good at all. I had to to ask one simple question 4-5 times because she was cutting me in again and again as if a debate was going on. And she was getting irritated because I kept trying to ask that. And she was working on her computer while talking to me which she thought I wouldn’t realize because we were on a video call. If you want the patient not to take stress about it, you answer them properly rather than negating their questions.

Clinic was well maintained and house keeping was too good. Response and diagnosis of Dr. Priya Srivastava was perfect. I liked her way of diagnosis. She was cool and calm while attending the patient. Proper response and attendance is being given by her to all of the patient.

Dr Puja is very good 5 star for her but don’t ever use pathology inside this clinic very unprofessional pathologist tried to take blood for my 2 years old daughter and he didn’t even find vein and took some blood with unsuccessful attempt and made my daughter cried harder. I told pathologist to take blood from another hand but he denied saying he will find vein and take blood but then didn’t succeed and made my baby cry harder. Pathologist is worst inside this clinic please don’t use it.
