We would like to thank Dr. Mandip and share our sincere gratitude to him and his hospital staff who helped saving our daughters life. My daughter who is 1.5 years old was diagnosed with osteomyelitis of her humerus. We were told to visit Dr. Mandip for further investigations and arrived to his clinic for further evaluation not knowing about her humerus at that point in time. Dr. Mandip was kind enough to take time and see us on Sunday and evaluate our daughters condition to save us with time and immediately organized a CT scan & MRI on the very same day. We met on day 2 and from the findings & needed further evaluation via biopsy. Day 3 we did a biopsy at his hospital & Findings from the biopsy were osteomyelitis of the humerus. He took us through the proceedure of surgery that will remove her dead bone tissue and booked us in for surgery very next day. Eagerly waiting outside the operation theatre to see the doctor ( after a 2.5 hour surgery) we see him smiling and gave us a thumbs up. This was the best sign of relief. Given her age we had a paediatric specialist on his panel of experts including the anesthesia who were all phenomenal. She required treatment via IV antibiotics for two weeks three times a day. Sparsh hospital was very clean and hygienic plus had the best team who took very good care of my daughter and made her feel at home whilst having this treatment. I went to Sparsh Hospital to visit Dr. Mandip Shah. I got an appointment of 06:30pm. I reached there before 06:30pm, but doctor was late, he came around 08:00pm. In that one and half hour, the hospital staff kept bickering about their work, arguing with one another about whose work/turn to do chores. They were arguing loudly, enough to disturb the admitted patient. After I met with Dr. Mandip Shah, he told me do some basic lab report test and protein electrophoresis test, but he didn't wrote it in prescription, but asked his staff to call the lab clinic to do those tests. After waiting for more than half hour, lab clinic guy came to take blood samples. On the next day, I went to Sparsh hospital to get my reports and meet with the doctor to discuss about the surgery. First they told me that they needed more blood samples to complete the test, when the test reports should have already completed. Then I got a call from clinic, that the hospital has added another test i.e. protein electrophoresis test, so they need another ₹1500 to do the test, they have enough blood sample for the same. I was angry, that the staff didnot communicate well with lab. So I asked the staff person, how come this test got missed, when the doctor asked specifically for this test to be done. Theie attiitude was worst, even though it was their mistake, they were not even listening to what I was saying and left in another room. It was a very bad experience, even then I asked to meet the doctor, then they said, doctor will not be able to meet me as the lab test reports has not came.

"Savior" 👨🏻‍⚕️ This is the only word which can describe Dr. Mandip Shah perfectly. My husband had severe pain in his leg from last 1 year, after consulting 7-8 doctors,they concluded it is a slip disc problem and we started medicines and physio therapy for the same. Dr. Alap Shah(Mission Health) had his doubts regarding previous doctor's diagnosis, so he prescribed us thigh MRI. Then we got introduced to Dr. Mandip Shah by Dr. Alap Shah. And on our very first consultancy we were very impressed by the knowledge and experience of Dr. Mandip. He was very humble, he patiently heard all our problems and looked at all our MRI reports and concluded my husband has a bone tumor in his thigh. We were scared when we heard it but Dr. Mandip showed us videos and all possible options we can opt for, to remove this tumor. He not only showed us how he will operate, he also assured us not to worry about such tumors as he has experience and expertise to remove them and trust me the way Dr. Mandip handled us, was exceptional.
