This is one of the best outlets to have the Puffiza’s. I have been a regular here for the past whole year. My family loves the taste and service of this place. They never fail to surprise you with the best staff and outlet service. The menu is fabulous with all the goodies. Be sure to try the 5 Cheese Puffiza & Peri peri paneer. It was my first experience at Puffizza. So I asked the person at the counter to guide me with the order. Very polite and co-operative. Based upon my taste preference, he helped me with an order. I must say their Puff base Peri-Peri cheesy pizza is worth giving it a try. Indeed delicious and mouth watering Pizza eating experience. I would highly recommend this Pizza station.

Good buy one get one offer for medium and large pizza

My recent visit to South Bopal’s Puffiza Pizza was nothing short of fantastic. We decided to try their Puffiza Pizza, and it turned out to be an absolute delight. Firstly, the presentation was impeccable. The pizza arrived perfectly cooked, with a golden, flaky crust that had a wonderful buttery aroma. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, creating a delicious combination of flavors. What set the Puffiza Pizza apart was the unique crust. very nicely managed and very cooperative staff and taking utmost care of hygine and current aspect of covid, for sure the customer also need to coooperate, but overall nice arrangement and good food

After the long day hunger, we came to Puffiza South Bopal Branch, Ahmedabad. After giving the order, they didn’t have any option in beverages in bottles so we asked them to bring from outside but they refused. And they even said that no food or beverages are allowed of outside even The WATER. This is the worst of anyone can give a customer service. No Flexibility given to customers and just being rude not caring what customer values. So we just asked them to pack the food for take away and still there is no difference in there response being so arrogant. That’s not we hoped for. Yes we understand that outside food is not allowed so we just asked for the beverages to be allowed or even water but NO. Puffiza, please do take this note and take some actions against this branch members.

I went to puffiza for dinner. They were only providing cans of cold drinks, so we requested them to get colddrink bottles from nearby store, but they denied even after multiple request and it spoiled our mood and we then get our order take home. Further taste of peri peri veg trio was not upto mark, it was not at all spicy and it tasted like simple pan pizza

6 tables and just 3 menus, either one has to wait for other to complete their order or need to go to the counter with family to check the menu. No washbasin. Their tag line is “its not a pizza” but what we got was a pizza which was without puff based. And when we got the order later the guy explained that we need to order accordingly.

They are well known for their puff-based pizza and they are best at it. The place doesn't have any wc or hand wash facility.

They didnt explained which base is puff and normal, if we are going to puffizza then they should always ask if the pizza we want is in puff base or normal, we ordered pizza and recived in normal base which i can easily get outside in other pizza hotels also

Superbly servicing I order a seven cheesy pizza from zomato it’s received totally spread and Zomato don’t provide solutions then contact restaurant and Puffiza replacement of previous pizza without any cost nice service provided by Puffiza South Bopal franchisee

If you are ever ordering from their app just because of buy 1 get 1 please don’t. They have so pathetic service for online delivery I can’t say. They have been disappointing me for 2-3 times. I am really frustrated. and posting thi at 4AM in the morning. Pizza was order at 1 and delivered at 3 and they have so much excuse. The rider said that you have to adjust if I am delivering your pizza. They are obliging us. It is better to order from La Pino’z or La Milano

We have been frequent to this food joint and thought now its time to give a review. Actually this place came to us by fluke as we were looking to try out some new pizza point and this PUFFIZZA came on our way , so thought of trying it , initially we were bit reluctant since we thought that the pizza might have PUFF as major , but when we went there they lots of other varieties of pizza and not restricted to PUFF PIZZA. Good about PUFFIZZA is they have this BOGO offer almost all days and trust me its value for money , the pizza are far better than the PIZZA HUT and other PIZZA point in the vicinity. Indian mostly look for afordable pizza and puffizza is the right place. We have tried the gourment pizza and they are worth the spend @ 399 for 2 medium pizza is a better deal. Last but not the least , the taste is authentic and in no circumstance you will feel that they are compromising on quality.

Amazing puff base pizza. The quality of pizza they served is next level. Large variety of pizza's. Quality of cheese they used is really good. Live kitchen area where you can see how hygiene they are maintained.

I ordered Margherita and peri peri paneer. All of it only tasted of tomato even in peri peri where the taste is supposed to be spicy. Pieces of tomato and its sour taste. Also quantity is lesser than the prize. I'd rather order from La pino'z. Worst pizza I have ever had. If there was an option, I would have asked for my money back.

PUFFIZA.. opened their new outlet in South bopal, opposite Safal parisar 2. They are well known for their signature puff pizza and garlic bread.

If you go to eat for regular pizza then it is not the good place but if you go to eat for puff pizza then it is good one in taste nd best one...!!

I had a take out. Although it took some time but all good things take time right? Well this was exactly the case. The pan crust was so fresh and tasty let alone the rest of the pizza. Honestly I'd pick Puffizza over La Pinoz or La Milano's 4 days out 7. Taste: 8/10 (one of the 2 pizzas was disappointing) Service: 7/10 (Hygiene was good but it took time to get my order ready) Staff and space: 6/10 (Staff was neither rude nor polite, I would not recommend dining in as ambience wasn't pleasant and can get congested) Price: 7/10 (fairly reasonable and a bit cheaper than La Pinoz or La Milano's) White sauce pizza is a must try and I'd personally avoid Caprese pizza.

Taste of pizza is very good. They have Buy one get one offer on Wednesday, Thursday and Friaday on Medium and large pizza. I had tried 5 cheese, 8 cheese, Indian peri peri paneer and Super supreme pizza. All are good. You can choose normal pan base or puff base. Cheese Garlic bread is average. They have cold drinks in Tin only which is very costly comapre to 200 and 500 ml bottle. They shoul include this.
