Black box is a very very cool loc....it's food and drinks are expensive considering the pricing of products in tamale.....

This is a wonderful place. However, management needs to work on the following: They had no gulder and served only miniclub. For the prices, being charged, it is unacceptable. They run out of Yam! How possible? In Tamale? They charged for packaging the extra food. For the prices being charged for the food, please, don't charge for the package. The music is too loud. I don't think the target clientele like the type of music and volume.

This is a nice place to visit when you pass Tamale, great customer service and their foods are very delicious. I really enjoyed my time here and will recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy great ghanaian dishes and continental dishes at a cool and cozy environment.

Very awful and horrible place to go. Is not worth the money ($$) they charge. Almost everything we ordered was never available. Servers were very slow and won’t even ask if you need water for a start. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. Not an ideal place for pleasure.

Lovely setting but had to wait over half an hour for our drink orders to be taken. When no one came even after we'd asked the hostess for support, we left since no one would come and take our drink orders while we were being harvested by mosquitoes at the same time. Mind you, it was not a busy night. Would not recommend unless you have more than half hour to wait for just your drink orders to be taken.

A very cosy restaurant in a serene environment in Tamale. The menu is particularly mouth-watering, I must say. There is a European-style bar and an ice cream spot. I was particularly attracted to the furniture and the lighting. It's a great place to visit. If you're a visitor or tourist, it's an ideal place to go relax and eat.

I actually discovered BlackBox restaurant a day before I left town. Our waitress was amazing and professional. Food was delicious and I enjoyed the atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back.

Aside place being serene and comfortable,Customer service is very bad, we had to pay for what they didn’t serve us because they claim they had already inputted our order in the system. But we were served a different meal. Which literally doesn’t make sense to me. And the meal we were served was even lesser than the amount we paid. They robbed us without guns.
