Nice complex and it is a simple RK society. Good and clean roads are there. The only problem is the price. It starts from 15,000 which is the main problem. They should reduce it to 12,000. BTW the society maintance fees is also a problem. It's too high. I would have liked it if it was near 11,500 or at least 12,000.

One of the best residential apartments near inox cinema, tulsidham road, Bharuch. Well managed and secured with high boundry compound.. 24 hour full facilities with security at enterance.. best living area nearby inox.. All vehicles and shopping center accessible here..

Too crowded. Lifts r not maintained properly. Dirty lifts. Security is available at gate They inquire from guest which flat need to go but no gate entry for same

Nice society very nit and clean and good security behaviour and also society have good place for children playing

Behavior of builder is very bad..I urge self respect people not to go with RK.He has no manners to talk with customer.
