Good society with good families. I am a former resident and this is my 7 year here so till now this is the best place I have ever lived. Quite I have stayed to few places only so this review is just my experience. Many occasions are conducted by residents. Garden will be maintained some day. Developing area.

Most valuable society of sachin. Totally gentleman type culture. Best in maintenance also. Feels like high society culture. Here is the top view during night time

It's a good place to eat authentic Bihar food. Champaran mutton and chicken dish are tasty.

Nice apartments only my concern is the water. It's completely salt water and there is no other option left for livings. It's though life whoever lives in Sachin Gujarat. In my life this is the first place where public using such a salt water for every use. God bless Gujarat

Water problem, In whole Sachin area there is no water connection, And have to use bore water, but at some place 's bore water is like see water Same in siddhivinayak residency, If u want to stay here u have to purchase water by coast, for drink, and bath, and wash also , If u want to know about the wrostest taste of water please visit siddhivinayak residency and have a sip of here's water

Nice place, nothing could be better than this if you want to live in sachin, surat. I lived there for a year. Good society.

One of the tallest skyscraper in this locale. Homes are spacious and well built. Maintenance and security services are good.
