When I got was my hands in the washroom. The full toilet was smelling so bad that its smell came out. Nobody cared about it and the ketchup bottles for also not filled nor were The Oregano and chilli flakes bottles. No number calling system just whenever your order comes they will shout out your name. If you didn't hear you are not you always stays there on the counter cooling of nobody gives a damn about taking anybody is order. When I took those bottles to the counter and said that please refill them they just took them and give me a handful of packets of oregano and chilli flakes too small tiny packets. And when I told them to refill the ketchup bottle it took 15 minutes to do that. Also there was no regards for cleanliness there were dirty tables, and as I talked about the washroom was not clean I highly doubt that the kitchen was clean.

By the way it is so good space for dine in . Domino's is just for pizza🍕 lovers😍, this place have good staff and it's provide you a fresh and good quality of food, also provide delivery and take out. Veri bad cleanliness. Domino's is international brand. But now we feel like third class brand franchise. Very poor cleaning. Seating arrangement not proper. No one is there to take order for long time. We have to at order counter for any attendents. A bad smell is also there in whole premises. Chili flakes and oregano is not available on table. We have to take from other table and that's empty. than we have to take sachet from counter. Washroom is very bad. No Hand wash facilities. Feel like third class franchise service.

Domino’s have a good pizza quality. They selling a many types of pizza. They have different different stores in the supercities and other cities. Life is a quality is very delicious and tasty also. The service has been very fast also they delivered home delivery. I recently go Domino’s and eat pizza. It’s very delicious. The dining area was very good and furniture is also a good . Their peppy, Paneer and farmhouse. Pizza is very delicious.

Good place We reached at almost 11 pm the closing time for Domino's but then after they allow us to in and served well. staff is so good and Best service. otherwise food quality is always been good at Domino's any outlet. Easily located from normal traffic. A bit difficult for handicap people to access through stairs but other than all fine.

Really Pathetic service , food was not delivered even after payment was done. We ordered our food through irctc app , they accepted the order and the delivery had to be done in Surat railway station. Even after the payment the delivery was not done from their end and later on fake delivery note was sent on my mail. Guys , beware of this fraudulent practice.

Extremely pathetic service by Domino's surat , we ordered two pizzas through IRCTC food ordering app and the payment was also done ,still we didnt receive our order and no one was available on call as the number provided by them was not in service. Later on a fake delivery mail was dropped from their end that the food was delivered Disgraceful !!

Domino's Surat this outlet supplies in train. I have placed prepaid order through IRCTC. They didn't deliver nor refund the amount. I came to know it's common practices in online prepaid orders they do with IRCTC orders. It's one kind of fraud on small scale. Highly disappointed with such open fraud activities. No one from restaurant bother to call and inform anything. Customer care has given no and it's not in service. Pls be aware and stay away from this outlet. Never pay online in advance to them. Domino's now losing goodwill and trust with daily multiple complaints and no positive resolution with them. Be careful guys and stay away from Domino's train orders and from such outlets. Domino's service become worst. It's high time to look for other reliable options.

I placed my order through swiggy but delivery is to be done by domino's delivery person so I waited for 1 hours but they didn't deliver the order finally I made request to swiggy to cancel my order very bad experience next time I will prefer other brands pizza

Well i have given two stars just for the sake of domino's. The ambience sucks, it feels like you are in a so called dhaba. You just don't get a vibe of sitting in a domino's.
