Food taste is very nice but the service is something which needs improvement. Wait time is more but compensated by the food taste. Plan your orders in advanced so that you don't have breaks in between eating. Nice ambience and a place to try.

I have only had breakfast here, they make excellent South Indian dishes. The staff is very greedy for tips, the security guard also needs a tip. Still best for good food.

Not good for family. Even it's has its name in market but facilities and management is so poor. If you go with ur family they didn't adjust for seating. They make argues for seating with family that the chairs are fixed not adjustable. So basically you have to seat seprate not with family.

Had visited the this place & had my lunch in the AC Dinning hall. The ambience is ok, food quality is also ok. There is a huge scope for improvement in service / attitude & approach of the staff. Orders taken are not noted down correctly, on rejecting the wrong order served on the table there is a resistance from the waiters and they expect you to accept it (Even though if that's not your choice). Waiters & people serving you roam around you and make you uncomfortable for tips while you go for payments. (Normally tips are always given if the service is good). Expecting something and behaving weirdly & force your clients is something to be avoided. Quantity of food is ok, quality and service is something the Hotel management should focus on & there is a huge scope of improvement.
