I’ve been living here on the island for 30 years and have been a customer for 5 years of the store. I usually purchase make up or brand name bags as gifts for family and friends. It was my first time entering the food and alcohol area. The customer service was well projected, staff was very welcoming, they knew so much about their products and knew very well how to treat customers. What only bothered me was their layout and decorations in the area. You would expect an eye catching looking place and a very clean area. I’ve noticed the dirty spots on the carpets, how old the carpets looked and the amount of dust on the shelves . Overall best experience , just hope this area can be more focused on, cleanliness wise.

The customer service was excellent! I was assisted by 2 employees. They were very welcoming, helpful, patient and understanding. Melody was one of the employees, unfortunately I didn't get the other woman's name. But they were great! I would highly recommend shopping here!

This is the main downtown so all your name brands, I think it's overpriced but some nice photos you can take. My wife likes coming to this place to get the free makeup and everything else and perfume and going somewhere else.

My experience at T Galleria was overshadowed by the frustrating service provided by a saleswoman. Despite being in the changing room to try on t-shirts, when I inquired about a different size, she insisted it was out of stock, even though I had seen it on the shelves myself. Despite her seemingly friendly demeanor, her lack of assistance and insistence on taking a size that didn't suit me fueled my frustration. I ended up having to retrieve the size myself, as she continued smiling.The friendly facade says nothing, but instead creates a significant gap from how the service should be, especially when aiming to maintain the profile of a high luxury shopping center.

Great customer service from Cheryl assisting my girl finding her new perfume scent, Grace I think her name for offering to sign up to get a discount and neatly wrapping her items and lisa for offering us to participate for the drawing.

It's duty free, so that's great, but I did not know they can't ship items. I was gonna buy a Luis Vuitton backpack and have it delivered but they don't do that, so I did not buy it there. I did get skincare products and colognes though.

Sorry I just don't get it. The place is small and I guess if you're coming from china, japan, or Korea it might be a decent place to shop but for me as a mainlander it was bluntly boring and expensive. If I could have gave it a two and a half I would have.

Bought coupe of beautiful prestige brands in DFS, Decent discount from duty-free shop made the trip worthwhile. Good shopping experience this cozy place.
