gym
is
the
best
I
have
come
across...
1.Equipment
-
All
sorts
of
legs,
shoulder,
abs
and
much
more
of
it.
2.Cleanliness
-
They
maintain
well
in
this
pandemic
time
as
well...changing
rooms,
washrooms
are
very
clean.
3.Trainers
-
very
well
behaved,
and
highly
experienced.
They
constantly
encourage
and
motivates
you
to
push
you
to
heights.
They
have
all
sorts
of
the
plan
according
to
your
body
type.
The
best
about
the
gym
is
trainers.
4.Diet
plan
-
They
give
you
a
diet
pan
to
properly
follow
according
to
your
needs.
5.Others
-
The
person
at
the
front
desk
who
handles
client
registration
and
ol
are
very
humble
,keeps
on
checking
on
you.
6.Timings
-
you
are
not
restricted
to
a
particular
timing..from
mrng
around
5:30
am
to
9
pm
any
preferable
time
you
can
do
the
workout
session.
7.Results
-
They
give
a
facility
to
do
BMI
test
which
help
you
to
understand
the
body
parts
where
you
need
extra
efforts
also
it
gives
an
idea
of
your
fat
density
Also
you
can
do
twice
in
a
day
,if
that
suits
your
body.
