Room are roomy but very old furniture and not well maintained. Breakfast is just so so. Water bottle charge by 2usd is feel like expensive...

Pros: - Clean rooms. - Friendly staff. - Nice place to walk around. - Awesome breakfast with a lot to choose from. - Good restaurant for diner. Cons: - They didn't cleaned the room after we left to do something. - Finding the reception was hard in the dark. - No response on the question if we could be picked up at the trainstation.

Better if you bring cash. The place was decent and had a good time but the problem starts when you check out. They cannot accept card payments, at least when I tried it, keep getting an error and their ATM will not accept VISA even after showing the VISA logo showing prominently on the ATM. I wouldn't say it's the hotels fault. Maybe it is but they should really work out their payment options. Otherwise it's ok but things like this leave a bad taste in your mouth at the end of the trip.

Nice Hotel with unique way of naming floors: all rooms are literary located on the third floors including those on the first, second and perhaps four floors! This is because the naming of floors starts with 3, which means that you will not see a room 1**, 2** but all start with 3**. I tried to inquire about the naming but did not get a convincing answer, if any at all. The rooms are really spacious, perhaps like many things in NY PYI TAW; the services were excellent(the only problem was that the buffet was served only on the first day); if you are eloquent in english you wont find a hurdle; and for Muslims, I was a large black arrow sign embossed on the ceiling showing the direction to face while praying; hospitality is Htoo indeed, as we were allowed to use the hotel lounge as we waited for our flight to Bangkok which was slated for the evening . Nice jobs Daw

A wonderful resort with individual cottages opening on to a lake. Ideal for an idyllic getaway to chill on the lake side and enjoy the amenities provided by the resort. The cottages have an old world charm but are fitted with all modern amenities.

Previous weekends, I stayed there it was wide & quite environment, good room & great service. I recommend for tourtists and can find do & don't for foreigners and about history books at every single room. I like it.

Good Place to rest in Nay Pyi Taw. Very near to Supermarkets, restaurants, banks, business areas and governmental offices.

It is nice place to relax. If you have pet, fully recommend to visit with them.
