We were really disappointed. Yes staff was friendly and smiley. But we've requested bikes to get around beforehand. Upon arrival all we could use was a driver. Driving that 20 lane motorway was the whole point of visiting this city. Driver was really friendly but wasn't allowed to stop for photographing long. The hotel staff made us walk back for check out with our backpacks on (quite a long walk). The generator was noisy AF, almost like sleeping in a machinery. Good breakfast though. Spend your money elsewhere there is lots to choose from in this city.

Excellent room decoration at Executive Suite. Aircond is noisy at night. Friendly customer service. Delicious breakfast with various kind of foods and drinks. Thanks Santi Engineering for giving best experience.

This hotel is incredibly strange and pretty terrible. In the middle of nowhere (which is probably normal in this city to be fair) and rooms are really ugly and basic. The bathroom is super far away from the room and smells bad. But probably the worst is the restaurant - uneatable food (we left most of it untouched) that takes hours to arrive for too high prices and completely incompetent staff. They rent you scooters and call taxis but for crazily expensive prices. Not sure how other hotels in this city are but they can only be better.

We chose a budget friendly room and it was more than we expected. It's very clean and comfortable with air-con and towels available. Food ordered through room service is fast and tasty. Bathroom was not close to the room but it's clean and private. There were some issues with ventilation of the shower. Breakfast is okay. Staff is helpful and friendly, English is okay.

Room is spacious. Have water heater for showering. Breakfast is normal. Which I dislike is the bedsheets are not clean and made me feel itchy the whole night.

It had fair price and nice cozy beds and great supplies. However I am not happy about the water heater and the air conditioner. I hope the hotel can fix this situation.

The accomodation is not bad, location is good but i am really disappointed the service, especially f & b. We checked in about 8 pm and ordered some snack by calling f & b directly but didn't appear even after more than one hour later. I called again and asked and the staff replied they forgot. Its totally unacceptable. Don't recommend if you expect a better service. Will never come back again.

Firstly, why are you staying in Naypyidaw? Ask yourself this. There's really not much here. It's expensive, difficult to navigate, and there's really nothing. But okay, if you have to, this is the cheapest option for hotels. Walk in and pay 23 dollars or book online for 17 (they insisted we book online, right there in the lobby, to get this price). Room is detached from the bathroom and shower (separate keys for this). Comfortable enough beds. Tv, fridge, AC. Free breakfast with a strong selection. Staff is super friendly but they don't really speak English so not too helpful. They offer Moto and car rentals but the prices are very steep. Just hitchhike if you want to go somewhere (walking is not feasible, the hotel is very far from everything).

Moderate prices for Naypidaw. Relatively far from Uppatisanti Pagoda and Mihoma Bus Station. Scooters rentable but for a price of 4000 Kyat per hour. Service OK. Toilet and shower included but separated from the room. Helpful & friendly staff.
