Huge hotel and few guests are usually the rule when you visit Naypyidaw. We arrived at the same time they held an ASEAN conference at our hotel so it became quite lively. Being met by red carpet was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is pretty good, perhaps a bit pretentious. Not all rooms have decent view. Staff is polite and speak good English.

Breakfast is not tasty....pool should be open at night also. Cannot pay with my credit card. Staff are very good. Rooms are very big, clean and beautiful.

We booked it Just because of the Pool. But it was closed... 5 star hotel??.... In Germany Maximum 3. Thanks for nothing.

Hotel is Royal like it's name. Vary very spacious rooms. Good internet. Good food. Good staff. Only limitations is public transport is not available. Private card are very expensive. I paid 20 USD for one side hotel to Nay Pyi Taw International Airport. And 20 USD other side. Highly recommended.

Good place for a dedicated meeting. But transportation is rather limited. It is my first visit to Myanmar. Advice: finish your Kyat or exchange your remaining Kyat before leaving the country

Nice hotel, neat and clean, however, is little away from shopping complexes. Has all the amenities.

Lost ghost city called Nay Pyi Taw which offers large huge hôtel complex and incredible highways to move from a point to another: is it Nyanmar? May be for business or official visit but for travellers please go forward ! Atmospher is not as other birmanes cities but it can become an attraction...may be!?

A good hotel, affordable price, nice views, spacious and always clean.
