A nice museum in nasca where you can find handicrafts and other materials made by pre-ican civilizations. Likewise, you can find small mockups of the Nasca Lines.

Excellent archaeological material about the peoples and cultures that first inhabited the area. The aqueduct is great to see from so close too. A must-visit.

Lots of great stuff on display! An English guide was provided. You could spend a couple of hours here for sure. The mosquitoes were a little ferocious, plan accordingly.

The Museum offers a lot of informations and is very interesting. There are a view rooms inside and an outside area. If you speak spanish you should definitely go. If not they provide you some translation maps in other languages as english. It was a bit harder and took us longer to share the map then just reading the signs on the wall. Also all the presented exhibits were only described in Spanish.

Nice little museum, informative if you speak Spanish, and not so much if you don't. There's very dusty books available in English, which would take you quite some time to read if you're really into history. I liked the aqueduct there and some tumbs with "barbecue covering."

Lots of information with translations provided in English and other languages in a booklet. Not so many artifacts and 15 soles entry.

Cool museum with treasure of artifacts from the Nasca culture. A lot of recent findings from the Cahuachi pyramid as well. Good explanations on signs (in Spanish only). I felt it was worth the 15 soles entry fee.

The museum seems to have amazing artifacts and is located on an ancient aqueduct. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that everything is in Spanish. Even a small brochure or guidebook in English would make this museum a "must-see" for all travelers curious about all things Nazca and Pre-Incan related, but for someone with only a basic grasp of Spanish, it was really disappointing and unfortunately felt like a waste of time. I really hope someday the offer English explanations or an English guidebook one day, because it would take my two stars to five in an instant.

The museum has world class exposition about local ancient civilizations. I wish they had all info translated to English ( they do give you a printed text or you can hire a guide), but the original artifacts they have are superb.

Best museum in Nazca. Curation standards are decent for size of town and artifacts are mostly local. Well worth the few Sols for entry. They even give a bilingual binder for descriptions.

This museum has amazing treasures of the Nazca culture and this society generated many positive things for Peruvian history especially the Nazca Lines

From the outside, one can't really tell it's a museum. However, once inside, there's rich displays of pre-Inca Nazca artifact. Descriptions are in Spanish only.

Easy taxi ride from plaza. 3 soles. Old-time archeologists' museum. Beautiful artifacts ordered and cataloged by location of find. Lacking age notations, none-the-less fascinating, but knowing something about the history before you go helps. Ask for a guidebook in your language at the front desk. Explains each display in great detail. $15 soles is a great deal. Highly recommended if you love artifacts. Wonderful courtyard and aqueduct. Pet the dog for me!

Very cool to recognize some things from the strange tv shows I like to watch. They have binders in different languages to accompany each section and a replica of the aqueducts and more. The pottery is unique to the area with a nazca theme or ceremony theme and unlike the ceramics to the north that really show cases their individuality. If you tire of reading, there’s multiple YouTube shows that feature many of the pieces and photos that explain most of what was in the binders.

(Translated by Google) It is worth taking a taxi or walking after watching the Nazca line. It is a pity that the explanation of the exhibits in the museum is only in Western, you can see the early Nazca civilization, pottery and weaving unearthed from the remains of Kawachi. Skull with a hole and a hole. (Original) 值得在看完納茲卡線後搭taxi或步行去看看,較可惜的是館內對其展品的解說只有西文,可以看到早期納茲卡文明,自卡瓦其遺跡出土的陶器、編織品與開孔的頭骨。

Very recommended if you are visiting Nazca and want to find out about the history of the people and the place. We felt like we actually didn't need to go visit the cemetery or the aqueducts after we had been here! We received a folder of the information translated in English. It was a little hard to follow some of the translations - the phrasing was quite formal and academic and it would be good if it could be made more 'everyday', as there is a lot to read.

About 15 minutes walk from the plaza. Contains selection of pottery, textiles and tools from the Nazca and inka civilization. It has an outdoor area with tomb replicas and the Nazca lunes in miniature. All descriptions except the outdoor are in Spanish. Costs 20soles. If you read half of it will take well over an hour to go through. There is a peacock pair in the outer part, very beautiful.

We got a book with explanations in English. The text was dry like the desert. Written more for archeologists than the common man. The place was dark because almost all lights were turned off. Very disappointed especially given the entry fee. There was no ventilation so it was very hot as well.

Interesting but the information available on the panels is not very good and easy to understand. A bit pricey

Lots of interesting artifacts as well as well written explanations (in Spanish, translations available at the entrance). Consider 2-3h if you want to be able to read some but not all of the enlightening explanations too.

English instruction given in a separate clear folder helped a lot. Not the cheapest but rich content.

There is not much interesting to do in nazca, but this museum provides some archeological insight in nazca's past. Museum and it's explanation are a bit outdated, but is still interesting

👍 A great start to get some information for Nasca lines, probably best before going and looking at them in person. Make sure to check with the hotel about show times as they do them in French, English and Spanish at different times throughout the evening.
