This is one of the nicest hotels to go to in Adama. The service, food, rooms are very good.

Good infrastructure (clean and neat rooms). However, smell from kitchen creates discomfort even in the rooms.

Hillside Hotel is one of the best Hotels in Adama! I’ve never seen a wonderful, clean, spacious, friendly staffs, guarded hotel like this. I’ve been here for almost a month now and prices are reasonable for what you get. This hotel should be your number 1 priority to book out of all the hotels! I’ll sure miss this hotel thanks for the service HillSide Hotel.

There service and rooms are nice. Three star becuase lack gyms, swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool, facilities for disabled people, supermarket.

Highlights: Stayed here for 3 nights in July 2022. Rooms are new and fresh with a kettle to have some tea. The highlight are the staff that are welcoming and always readily available to support. A continental breakfast is served every morning and is tasty. I observed that staff are always flexible and willing to ensure one's stay is comfortable so check it out next time you are in Adama. Concerns: I found their dinner and lunch menu limited however a quick discussion with the chef - the team was flexible enough to fix me something close to a non-traditional dish and for that I am grateful. Some rooms are closer to the highway so during day or early in the PM - its gets noisy because of the traffic. It wasn't a deal breaker for me as it later quiets down. Looking forward to staying here when I travel to Adama, next time.

I stayed a night and left for a very poor service. I complained about a refrigerator in a room. I was told some body will attend. No body showed up until next day. I asked to see the manager who was in his office. He refused to see me. What a management!

A safe, clean and extraordinarily friendly hotel. There is also an Etiopian restaurant and an alcohol-free bar. There are always things that could be improved. But a clean room with a high quality bed is what I met here.

Rooms are clean, good hospitality, prices is fair, but doesn’t qualified to be a hotel, no bar, no entertainment of any kind, doesn’t serve alcohol
