I am Kenyan visited this hotel with my Ethiopian friend for vacation from the UAE .We chose the place hoping it was the best . Upon arrival Firstly informed us that two girls can’t share a room so we respectfully got two separate rooms. We got to the room there was no phone and no water in the bathroom we raised their attention regarding this and soon after we got water but was cold in-spite of the cold weather.After waiting 2hrs there was No apologies from the manager who kept saying 5mins and we demanded him to come see for himself we got torn towels and a bed over with stains also torn with the explanation they use harsh chemicals on the room items . It’s sad that they are comfortable receiving the full payment without offering the right services . Would not recommend to anyone worst experience ever !!!!

Noise from outside can't let me sleep. Dirty wall and carpet smells bad. The plugs dosen't work, no hote water. All in all bad service high price!

With this affordable price they have, I can say it’s a good place to stay the noise though.

One of the worst room, the sanitation is questionable.... stains all over the head board and the carpet is extremely dirty... water leak all over the floor.... most of all, the night manager is unprofessional... I suggest the administration consider reviewing his position or put him on Custoumer service training.

This place have great designer specially in the evening the room is not quite nice the sweet room needs to clean the wall is dirty.compare the price .they need to chake the bed .the sheet is very dirty I feel shame about that. In front of the hotel their is night club you can't sleep at all. Better to stay all night in the night club.rather than the hotel.in the restaurant they have very good service .
