Though there are no water surrounding it like its others locations its still nice and a pretty good place. Hugely crowded on weekends. The service is good despite being a huge place. Has a few spots to just chill and a pool if u wanna cool down from the sunny city.

I didn't stayed a night but visited the place for a lunch with a friend. We had their Half Agelgil and it is more than enough for us. The service is excellent, staffs were professional and friendly.

Weekdays late in the morning is the best time to enjoy swimming pool; it one of the cleanest and safes swimming pools I ever experienced; reasonable prices too with just 200 birr; keep it up

It was my second time visiting Haile resorts besides my 1st visit in Hawassa. Their level of service and respect for their customers continues to amaze me. They really do care and want you to have the best experience. I went for a lunch and a dinner with a friend and was satisfied in both meals. I would recommend their "Fasting Agelgil". It is the best I have eaten so far and I'm sure many will agree.

Everyone was so polite and the service was incredible, the rooms were very clean and spacious. It had a great view. The food was delicious and very kid friendly it had a swimming pool for kids and adults too. when we got home they even called us and asked if we got home safely. In general our stay was nice.

There is a play ground for kids, there is a swimming pool. It’s a very clean and green place for a family to refresh and enjoy. The food is delicious too and their customer service is so amazing, I’ve never seen such kind of customer service anywhere

Haile Hotels and Resorts a very interesting encounter! Context:$196 per night for family room hotel. My kid unintentionally broke a tea cup and here is the penality (200ETB about $4 - funiest part the cost includes tax). I was shocked not because of the money but the practice. I recieved a call from their reception after 30 minutes while driving in Addis Adama Express way. At Bishoftu exit I stopped and called back coz there were repeated calls (we also left wet swimming shorts). We went back and recieved the following reciept. 200 ETB!

Excellent customer service; Friendly staff; Nice food; good gym service; very good room; good swimming pool; perfect massage and sauna service; excellent hospitality in all areas. We stayed in group with many children onboard. All staff were very caring to the children. And the adults had our time to have chats as the children had excellent playing compounds with leading staffs. In general, the hotel and all its services were excellent! I recommend for all kinds of causes.

It is a well planned beautifully laid out property. The pool is good size and one could see the instructor and life guards. We had dropped in for lunch. It was busy with conference guests as well as dropin-s like us. The staff catered to everyone with ease and a smile. My simple einjira with tagabino was fresh, tasty and hot. My tummy never protested. I was privileged to visit the Legend's property this time. I was a member and had used the gym facilities in Alem Building when I had lived in Addis Ababa many years ago.

Good side: It has a playground for the kids as compared to other places alike. Still, the playground needs to be clean as we have experienced a bad smell. Bad side: I am not happy with the customer service. It started with no additional mattress for kids, no divider (cannot charge phone), additional USD 10 for my son's breakfast after making sure we want to book the room we saw (I don't know how it is applied on pricing like that). The layout of the room is not interesting, which makes the kids play around the bed. Massage is not included in the service package. So, overall, I am not satisfied by the services as compared to the money paid.

I didn’t get to stay the night at Haile because it was fully booked but understandably so. The service was excellent, whether it was in the lobby, by the garden or even during breakfast. They were attentive and polite, the perfect combination. I would definitely recommend you stay here when in Adama.

Currently sitting poolside astounded that I cannot buy a glass of white wine. They tell me they have only bottles. How is it that a hot el of this size with a PACKED restaurant does not offer a glass of wine. So, instead, I spend less money on a beer. The lobby bar has no beer at all, so it takes 10 minutes to go wherever they need to go to get a simple beer. They have lost money and a future customer. As usual, swing and a miss.

I've stayed in almost all branches of Haile Resorts in the country at different times including where I'm staying now - Haile Resort Adama. This time it's unusual to my previous experiences. A disturbing noise (probably from drainage of septic tank) woke me up in the middle of the night. Not sure when they are going to finish so that we get back to our sleep (I'm writing this in the middle of the night devoid of my sleep because of the noise). Let me add another poor service; they don't have a TV channel in their room that broadcast FIFA world cup, which you can find in a small local guest house. The cost they incur for a night is huge and they need to work hard to meet expectations! I've always been satisfied of their services in all their branches including this one previously; but its disgusting this time!😐

I stayed at the hotel for two nights.... Place is neat and spacious (I believe that's how a hotel shall be kept). Nevertheless, the service is not up to the standard. Waiters are not understanding to what you tell them, the time it takes to get your food (either via the room services or by going to the restaurant physically) is just unbearably long. Additionally, wifi is not stable in the room we were in (#127). I hope the service improves, especially having the name of the legendary Haile as its brand, we expect it to be as excelling as Haile is.

Haile resorts Adama the hotel is fine and clean. However, 6:30am they were playing very loud music by the swimming pool it was impossible to sleep. I called reception asking them to turn it down several times but they turn it down for few minutes and turn it back up. I know it is a new year but loud music disturbing those want to sleep at 6:30am is not fair and not acceptable.
