And yes, it was my fault, but to a customer who has been coming since you were one room and 1 person was working, you say we can't do anything. It is unprofessional and disrespectful. The machines are the same everywhere, the customer behavior is not. Eugenia, with so much competition, take a look! AFTER ANSWER: First of all, I didn't expect anything different from you defending your business. 1. I never received a receipt and when I wanted to pay by card you told me that the prices are without VAT. 2. The old girls are nowhere to be found, they are just being replaced. 3. For you confirmation may not be necessary, for the customer it is. For me, who in my last appointment was like starting from the beginning and you knew it, it was necessary. How exactly will the customer know you have a different reminder policy? In my case, I asked you to close it another day within the time frame that I have the flexibility, you politely refused and since I wrote a review you contacted me to serve me. As I told you before, the competition is very high and I and the girls I have recommended to you who have more or less the same complaints, can choose a different center. I can finally be carefree, feel comfortable and not be ashamed of my (former) hair! I owe this to Eugenia and her staff, who I have trusted for almost three years and have never let me down! They are all wonderful and above all professional! I had tried literally everything in the past to no avail.
