One of my favourite cold water swims. Friendly and always exhilarating.

I swim regularly at the marine lake. It is good for my mind, body and soul. The lake is well looked after and I always leave feeling recharged and smiling.

Nice place to visit on a sunny day. Limited parking so arrive early.

A great place to have a paddle or a swim. It's a local hot spot in the summer and is often packed late into the evening. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and ice cream shops and cafes can also be found. Even the RNLI are stationed there and can often be seen milling about chatting. There is a little beach art one end so little ones can paddle safely. There has even been some steps added into the water to male it all safer.

Lovely beach area. Great little place to stroll around. Grandchildren had fun spotting fish in the lake certainly kept them entertained.

A fabulous micro beach and tidal lake topped up by the high tides. The marine walkway is great to experience for the views back across towards the beach and especially views out towards Brean Down, Steep Holm & South Wales. On a Summers day, the beach location is protected from winds making it a great choice of beach for family to spend the day in the sunshine. Ice cream parlour and Stones Cafe within metres of the marina beach area. Multiple day car park areas with car park apps on Knightstone Island and close by.

I go cycling up to here and it's always just a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by

Myself and my Grandaughter had a lovely time at the lake, digging holes on the beach and swimming in the sea.

Enjoyed walking around this little lake and having a picnic on one of the many seats.

I love this lake! Buy yourself a pair of water shoes if you don't like the squidgy feel underfoot. The water is relatively clear and there's plenty of space for changing lakeside. It's a gem of a lake and it's free.

A lovely lake with a beach like area for family to stay around on. The lake felt nice and I swam in it for like an hour.
