Interesting place. Lovely waterfalls and a working waterwheel that used to power the tin works and now provides electricity for the site. Nice and easy to get around and looks to provide plenty of access for buggies and wheelchairs, including lifts. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice tea shop with lovely cakes. Free parking.

Very nice open park, with cows and dears walking around, beatiful river going round whole park, good for walkers, the scenery is good. Can bring picnic and spend all day here kids can enjoy the zip wire at the play park, and theres a cafe and toilet facilities. You can even swim in the river in warmer days.

We stopped here to break a journey to Pembrokeshire. Great place to stop, with stunning waterfalls. Not a huge site: not more than two hours-worth of 'things' to do, but a hidden gem, would definitely stop again.

A stunning look back into history of our local industrial past. I visited during a very dry spell and the falls were not in full flow, however it was very picturesque and well worth a visit. There is a small charge to enter, but reasonably priced. The ruins of the tinworks are well maintained and there is a video and information boards to gain knowledge of the tinwors and its past. There is a shop and tearoom on site. Ample parking at the side of the road and visitor's car park. I will return when rain has replenished the river.

Lovely place to visit, we visited after a lot of rain so the waterfall was great (not sure how it looks after a dry spell) not a huge place but very informative and looks like a great place to take kids with dressing up clothes and other activities for them to do. Just wish the woman in the shop would take no for an answer when we said we didn't want to sign up to the National Trust, we know all about it but she just kept going on and on even though there were people waiting in the queue.

cycled all the way there, my sister jogged. Gates locked, wouldn't have minded paying so much but I don't get how national trust is like a theme park! I know if I took something amazing from nature and put a fence around it, I would at least make it free on the days I couldn't be bothered

Friendly helpful staff, nice little cafe, Lovely place, very informative. We took our time and only managed to be there for 45 minutes, worth a visit but definitely not a day trip

A nice place to visit. The falls are a nice natural landmark and the remnants of the old Tin Works are nice. The history is well explained in the small museum exhibits. This is under the control of the National Trust so there is a fee to enter but there are places for a picnic, a cafΓ© and also a gift shop. Parking is easy but not very large, just across the road from the entrance.

Walked the whole length of the valley from the waterfall. Walked back along the lane and admired the hills. Caution if you go in bad of wet weather as it can be dangerous. Go when it's drier and it's a lovely spot.

Was in the area and decided to visit on a whim - really glad we did! Brilliant centre and amazing falls. Spectacular! The NT staff were amazing and so friendly. Plus the cafe was a welcome bonus and the food - delicious πŸ˜‹

Well worth a little visit. Beautifully kept little treasure with the added bonus of a quint and wonderfully staged tea rooms. If there are no events, then an hour or so is all that is needed as this is a small site.

Absolutely beautiful and the best thing about Aberdulais Falls is that it is wheelchair friendly throughout with lifts taking the disabled right to the top of the falls. This meant so much to us taking our elderly Mum to the top and she didn't miss out on the spectacular views. Thank you National Trust for being thoughtful.

This is a National Trust Property, subsequently there is a nice gift shop, well stocked tearoom and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The site is beautiful but very small indeed. The first video you watch as part of your self-guided tour, explains how the wonder of the falls that drew the likes of Turner are gone. Destroyed to make way for the tinworks you are now visiting. Sigh. If your passing pop in and see, especially after rain but I wouldn't make a journey solely to visit this site. Cannot fault the staff, professional and courteous, if your in the area and a trust member go and say hello.

Lovely waterfalls. Loved the lift that pops out from the ground....unique 😁There is small car park to the opposite as well as same side of the road.

Aberdulais tin falls was an interesting place to visit, it was packed with history about the place and the surrounding area. The ruins of the buildings that once stood there as well as the water wheel were really interesting also. The waterfalls themselves were stunning. We went as a family on a day where they had different Victorian games for children to play with which made our visit more interactive with each other. However, I didn't realise how small the place was. Thinking we were going to be there most of the day and packing a picnic for us too, after an hour and a half we were finished. The museum, water wheel, ruins and waterfall all done, and although the Victorian games were a brilliant idea it wasn't enough to extend the visit. The tin falls isn't somewhere to revisit either and I also found it expensive for such a small place.

Very nice walk at a historical industrial site, well looked after and preserved. Smiley staff and reasonably priced entrance to the venue. Car park though is quite small, some road parking is available.Child friendly as well and a nice place for a picnic on a sunny day.
