Absolutely
stunning
location.
Incredibly
peaceful
and
just
a
few
miles
off
the
M4
through
the
stunning
Afan
Valley,
yet
feels
so
remote.
Excellent
dark
skies
location
for
night
time
photography.
Clean
facilities
for
showers
and
toilets
for
campsite
use
and
for
cyclist's
using
the
mountain
trails,
though
the
toilets
upstairs
in
the
restaurant
are
unisex
which
I
wasn't
particularly
happy
about,
and
needed
a
clean.
There's
a
lift
for
the
disabled
to
facilitate
entry
to
the
restaurant
and
a
disabled
toilet,
and
the
area
around
the
lake's
has
a
gravel
base
to
enable
disabled
visitors
in
wheelchairs
to
access
the
area,
though
this
could
be
hard
going
in
parts,
though
thoroughly
worth
it
for
the
stunning
scenery
and
peaceful
environment.
Another
point
to
mention
is
there's
live
music
at
the
venue,
though
check
when
available
as
I'm
not
sure.
The
campsite
is
well
maintained,
level,
very
clean
and
extremely
peaceful,
and
again,
you
could
be
in
the
middle
of
nowhere
yet
just
a
few
miles
off
the
M4
corridor.
Highly
recommended,
stunning
location,
world
class
mountain
biking
courses
through
the
stunning
Afan
Valley,
and
a
fabulous
location
for
family
day's
out
as
I
did
on
Mother's
day,
and
as
a
disabled
person
myself
found
the
area
accessible,
and
a
very
welcomed
peaceful
and
reflective
environment
full
of
natural
beauty.
Enjoy!
