An item received short in our order No.-39499797 dt.22.09.2023. Complaint was lodged on the day of delivery but the cheating people from City Mall are sleeping because they have received payment in advance. It is a gentle reminder but may be treated as final one. In case of no response in next 3 days, FIR will be lodged with Delhi Police against this cheating by City Mall.

City Mall is a fraud company for sure . I ordered groceries and they took 5 days to delivering but but they don't delivered and cancelled the order because of some nonsense issue.. and next day they did the same.. no support system, no customer care number , nothing mentioned over there....they Are totally frauds

What a pathetic experience. Have been taking things from Citymall almost for past 2 years. With the last order I wish to complaint and want to alert all the people who have been taking products from this platform. The delivery BOYS used rough language, very rude and almost abusive. Even spoke bad for my mother. Denied delivery and thrashed. The BOYS harassed us by misbehaving and then the person taking care of the franchise MS. SUNITA called us back and forcefully asking us to take the things and started harassing over on the phone call. WHAT A SHAMEFUL ACT by this lady and her son. Never ever till date such an experience happened with us from any platform , be it Zomato , Blinkit , Swiggy etc. It's almost an everyday affair for working people to order things from different platforms because of our hectic lives. Requesting you all to be conscious and alert while ordering from this ABUSIVE DUO of @Citymall. Requesting CITYMALL to take proper action so that such kind of customer service should not defame their brand. Totally fraud, I ordered 4 times and not put any update, cancelled 4 time without informing me. Only 1 time they delivered partial product but products quality soo pure, not any contact information on their app. I search from google than continue mailing for return pickup but nobody responding. Given contact no not working. Very irritating . PLS DON’T LOOSE YOUR HARD MONEY ITS A TRAP.

Worst service i ever got while shopping online. I have requested a return of a product but till now nobody has arrived to pick it up. My first and last worst experience this partner Pawan kumar declined to accept the offer and cancelled it without any reason given to me I complained customer support, raised ticket & also whatsapp but till now come any response from citymall team, Guys please don't install it, I don't recommend it.
