    I’m very grateful that there is a Brain and Body Yoga Center in Westminster Colorado.I always wanted to find away to naturally heal my body.I have a few chronic health challenges,high blood pressure, circulation, healthier heart, relaxing my brain. Finding methods to release the stress in you body feels great. I have been practicing Brain and Body for 6 years and always feel better after each class. Master Dianne and all of the Masters are very knowledgeable and Great teachers.

    I can hardly believe I've been practicing Dahn Yoga almost one year. I started looking online for some way to lower my stress. I read the info about Dahn Yoga and was very intrigued. It has been an amazing journey from the first meeting until now. I learn something new about myself and/or the practice each time I go. I'm grateful for the instructors who show genuine kindness for everyone around them. They are thought provoking and helpful in my personal journey. I have learned how to manage outside stressors and found ways to keep external problems from overtaking my thoughts. I am so much more aware of my body and how it's functioning, and more excepting of my limitations. I am equipped with knowledge now so I can handle difficult things that come my way. All because I started practicing Dahn Yoga. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to find balance within and get out of your head!

    I was new to Tai Chi but Master Toshi listened to what I hoped to gain and gently corrected my misconceptions. His classes are high energy with Tai Chi spiritual principles as the foundation.

    I have been attending Body & Brain Since December 2021. I signed up and attend the online classes. The great thing about Body & Brain is you have choices: Attend In Person or attend online. With support from other locations, you can comfortably like I have, attend online via Zoom in the comfort of your own home. The sound and video quality has always been good for me and the instructors has always made sure they cater for both in person and remote participants. Master Christine has led me on my journey and even though Yoga is foreign to me, she has guided me with ease on my journey to my betterment. To give an simple example how this has helped me, I broke my ankle 7 years ago, and my leg and ankle have never been 100%. Since December, I have noticed less swelling and tenderness in my ankle and leg, and it is getting better daily. Visit and take a single class and be converted like I was. Kamsamnida. 02/28/2022 I thought I had to add an extra comment which is life changing for me. For the first time in over 30 years, my cholesterol levels are normal. Yes normal. Doctors have tried unsuccessfully to find a way for as long as I remember. All that has changed was my guide Christine recommended I reduce my gluten and lactose intake, and take part in daily yoga classes and workshops.

    I love Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi and would highly recommend it! I am stronger now than I was 10 years ago and my mental well-being & confidence have greatly improved. I have found health and a family here at Body & Brain. Christine is an amazing instructor and will take great care of you.

    Dahn Yoga is so much more than just a body yoga practice. They really emphasize body, mind, and spirit and how to connect the three into a beautiful whole. The staff are extremely warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been a member since October of 2014, and I've seen so many positive changes in myself it's unreal! I feel more free, happy, and all around better about myself and life... I feel confident now that I can create anything I put my mind to. I can't wait to see my growth in the future! The sky is the limit!

    I have been attending Body & Brain classes and workshops for 6 months, and since then I’ve noticed several positive changes in both my physical and mental health. This practice has allowed me to open my heart, develop strength, and deeply connect with myself and others through energy and movement meditation. Master Toshi and the other instructors always provide welcoming spaces filled with bright energy and make it known that they care deeply about the health and spiritual growth of all members.

    I’m so grateful to have discovered this place when I did! It’s been so interesting to learn about a whole other type of energetic yoga combined with Tai Chi through attending these classes @ Body & Brain. Master Toshi has been very welcoming, kind, & understanding — and he is very wise! To me, this place is not your typical “modern fitness studio” — but a type of practice & community that is dedicated to aiding in emotional & physical healing, as well as mental management. (This experience has also been very complimentary to my recent personal therapy journey as well.) They have many programs & workshops available to deepen your practice too. If you’re curious about yourself, or want to know more about these Eastern practices, then I highly encourage you to try!

    Absolutely love Dahn Yoga. Been going here for a year & a half. In that time my physical health has greatly improved. My emotional & mental health has been at it's best durning this time. My relationships have changed in so many good ways. I have found peace, love, & contentment within myself & my life since practicing Dahn Yoga. The energy is amazing. Amy is my favorite instructor. If you do anything for yourself do this. Every soul needs Dahn yoga. Enjoy :)
