The
Grove
was
not
necessarily
a
bad
place
to
live.
My
frustration
lies
mainly
with
the
management
and
condition
of
aspects
of
the
apartment.
Management
was
completely
unorganized.
Every
time
I
called
to
ask
a
question
or
confirm
something
I
received
different
answers
to
the
same
questions.
This
caused
a
lot
of
confusion
and
issues
for
me
and
for
my
roommates.
I
would
call
to
leave
messages
and
never
received
a
response
back.
Emails
would
go
unanswered,
even
emails
regarding
crime
and
safety
in
the
area.
I
put
work
orders
in
and
never
had
maintenance
come
and
fix
things.
The
air
ducts
created
so
much
dust
in
the
apartment
that
you
had
to
wipe
off
counter
tops
every
couple
days
to
stop
it
from
collecting
too
much.
Gross,
but
I
would
blow
my
nose
and
clumps
of
dust
would
be
it
because
I
was
breathing
in
so
much
dust.
There
was
damages
to
the
furniture
in
the
apartment.
The
apartment
also
was
not
clean
when
we
moved
into
it.
The
water
pressure
was
horrible,
and
the
hot
water
didn’t
last
more
than
10
minutes
on
a
low
heat.
Carpets
were
ripped
up
in
places.
The
washer
and
dryer
barely
worked,
and
I’d
have
to
wash
clothes
TWICE
in
tiny
loads
for
things
to
come
out
clean.
My
toilet
worked
maybe
70%
of
the
time,
and
even
then
it
was
so
weak
that
I’d
have
to
plunge
it
with
just
toilet
paper
in
it.
I
called
and
complained
multiple
times
and
received
promises
of
maintenance
coming
and
they
never
did.
I
(despite
it
all)
renewed
my
lease
because
I
couldn’t
afford
another
apartment,
and
was
told
two
different
renewal
prices
for
the
renovated
apartment.
Ultimately,
management
and
staff
is
extremely
unorganized
and
it
caused
issues
all
over
the
apartment.
I
hope
that
they
get
it
figured
out
because
it’s
close
to
campus,
and
ultimately
more
affordable
than
other
housing
options
in
the
area.
