I brought my 2019 Mazda to Big O Tires in Woodland Park for an oil change and tire rotation on September 2nd. About two weeks later on September 19th, I was a quart down on oil. I took the car to my regular mechanic for an already scheduled service and here is what he found: 1) the crush washer between the oil filter and oil pan was reused, 2) the oil filter had not been replaced with a new filter (the filter on the vehicle was the same filter my regular mechanic put on at his last service, 3) oil was seeping between the oil pan and the filter, and 4) the oil volume was short by almost half a quart on the Big O oil change (per the invoice). Finally, one of the lug nuts on the front wheel was missing. In short I paid for parts and service I did not receive. If you value your car, steer clear of the Big O Tires in Woodland Park, CO!

I really appreciate all they did for me. I needed studded tires the place that delivers for them didn't bring my tires due weather for my appointment. The guys went to get them for me in the Springs so I didn't have to make another appointment. Michael was truly amazing for all he did for me thank you. I also needed my hatchback fixed had to wait for parts only one side showed up not their fault he did everything he could to make all of this right. Thank you for all you did I'm very happy all is done and fixed. 😉

1st experience with Big O last year was great. This time it took 3 trips to town for 1 set of tires. 1st time they sold tires that we prepaid for to someone else. Had to come back another day once they ordered them again. Then they mounted the tire wrong and by the time we were back in Florissant the tire was extremely flat. Something with the valve. My husband had to jack his truck up and take the tire back using my car. It's fixed now, but wow bad experience. They did offer a free alignment. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

Was riding my Harley trike thru woodland Park and realized I had just got a flat. Pulled over by the bicycle shop where I seen my right rear tire was flat. Walked over to big O to see if they could help me but said they couldn't. I walked down to auto zone to purchase a tire pump and tire repair kit hoping maybe it was just a nail that I could fix myself. When I returned and started to pump it up I realized it was the valve stem that had broken. Tried to call several tow companies and you won't believe their price. My wife called Big O again to see if we get them to look at it knowing it was just the valve stem. They told us if we could get it up there they would take a look. Pumped it up enough to get it up there and Jacob looked at it and said I think we can fix it. Pumped it up again to get it around the store where Jeremy took very good care of it not to scratch it with a jack. Replaced the valve and had it back and running in no time thank you so much. No charge biker freindly

Took my car in to Big O to have them change out my brake pads. They checked front and back brakes. Instead of changing them out and getting their money, they told me my pads were still 50% good, topped off my fluid, no charge! This is TRUE integrity. I've heard nothing but positive from this business and its all true! Won't take my car anywhere else for car needs.

Never again. We bought a used vehicle and wanted to get the brakes replaced. They said pads were at 80% but we went ahead with 4 new pads, rotors and tires. $1600 later, we take the vehicle home and it is shaking like crazy when we brake. I've got 2 young children and got the brakes done for safety. So when my husband brought it back one of the mechanics was rude and cursing at him, then gaslights him saying he was the one cursing. I would never again entrust my family's safety with the crew here.

Michael at Big O Tires is the best! I no longer live in Woodland, but when I did I bought tires for my Hummer and Jetta from him for years. Even after I left, they still helped me out when I had a flat in my new state and the Big O here wouldn't honor the flat repair in the warranty. They called that Big O and when they wouldn't cave, they called another one and found me a shop that would honor the warranty. I never had a problem with these guys, they were always fast, professional, knowledgable, and got the job done right, every time. Over the years, I bought 2 sets of BF Goodrich KO2s, 2 sets of Michelin Crossclimates, and a set or two of of Michelin Defenders. I also got most of my non major work done here and they always were helpful. I highly recommend purchasing tires and services from this Big O. Everyone here is great, but Mike was my guy and I highly recommend him as well. Thanks for everything y'all do. Alex

Great and honest service. Bought our tires there and use for other services. Fair prices. This time it turned out that that our vehicle didn’t need to have a part replaced on it. They said all is good, it didn’t need it. We paid nothing. The guys are hardworking honest men. We’ll always use them.
