UPDATED REVIEW!!!! 7/28/2022. I went back to Luisa Graff with a pair of Tanzanite loose stones that I bought at a gem show after I had them make a custom piece with Amatrine and Citrine loose stones. I loved that piece and wanted to see what they could do with my Tanzanites. They custom made these into earrings for me and had them do a little work to it so that they could match my Tanzanite ring. I again have been blown away at the work they did. They were wonderful in helping me design these and kept in contact and sent pictures for me along the process. They really do some wonderful work and everyone there is so nice and friendly. I will be back with some more for them to custom make too. I added photos of the Tanzanite earrings too. UPDATED REVIEW!!! I just recently took some loose stones I had to have Luisa Graff make me a custom piece and I was blown away!! It turned out so beautiful, they did such an amazing job. The pendant photo is the custom piece they created from my Amatrine and Citrine stones I had. Luisa Graff Jewelers is the only place I will go for all my jewelry needs. My husband had bought me some jewelry from another location before coming here 10 years ago to by my ring and let me just say the experience I had at the other location doesn't even come close to the service I receive from Luisa Graff. I have recently been in several times over the last 3 months, one being buying a 10 year anniversary ring and the other times have been to resize and fix jewelry I already had. I mostly work with Leslie (spelling I hope is correct) and she was so wonderful in helping me find my 10 year anniversary ring. She let me take my time and she didn't care how many rings I wanted to look at before I decided on one. She never pushed me to just get one and leave, she really took the time with me and made me feel so welcome. Every time I have come in everyone is so friendly and very helpful. I have also worked with Sam for some repairs and she was so helpful and she was willing to check on some pieces to see if they could be fixed before doing anything. I also worked with a couple others that I can't remember their names, but they have also treated me wonderfully and really helped me in all my other repairs. They clean my jewelry when ever I come in and if I purchase anything new they always make sure I get the emails for the warranties on my jewelry so that way I have everything I need before I leave. I even have brought in an estate piece that I never trusted any other place with and every one here is so caring and gentle with it that I now only trust Luisa Graff with all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

My wife and I have done business with Luisa Graff Jewelers for many years here in Colorado Springs. We have always been pleased with the quality of their diamonds and other jewelry we have purchased and the value versus price that we receive. My wife wanted to have some pearls replaced in a ring that she has had for over 50 years. As it turned out, pearls of the same quality and size were very difficult to acquire. We received multiple calls from Nate updating us on the progress in securing matching pearls from various suppliers. The excellent jewelers at Luisa Graff counted the pearls on my wife's ring and she is very happy to have it restored so beautifully. Many thanks to Nate and the staff at Luisa Graff Jewelers. My Wife and I are about to celebrate 20yrs in 2024 and I wanted to give her something special to mark the occasion! A few years into our marriage, my Wife unfortunately lost the original ring I got her. I thought it would be cool to make a plan to re-propose to her. What made the plan even better was that we booked a Family trip to Machu Picchu (Cusco, Peru)! My first plan was to discuss the idea with my Father in law (He was totally in!). My next plan was finding the right ring. Here's where Luisa Graff Jewelers came into play. I remembered a few things my Wife liked in a ring and as I stepped into the store, I had no idea where to even start. I was warmly greeted by the lovely Katie Lepler and I gave her the full plan to propose at Machu Picchu. She 100% understood the assignment and we got right to work in search of the right ring. Let me rewind time a bit to 19yrs ago when I looked for the FIRST ring. I was a mess and had no clue what to expect....I knew the 5 C's of diamonds but my nerves got the best of me. I ended up finding the right ring, but it took multiple trips to accomplish that. Now.....back to present day, I wasn't as nervous but still had a lot to plan out to make this happen. Katie provided me with such an excellent experience, I ended up finding the right ring and purchased it that same day! The process wasn't as painful as I anticipated and Katie was an extraordinary part in making the ring part of my plan smooth and stress free. I get the ring to Peru and we safely get to Machu Picchu. The anticipation was immense and my Wife still had NO IDEA what was about to happen! With some help from our awesome Tour Guide, by the time my Wife felt something was up, I was already on one knee and presented the ring to her! The plan was a resounding success and happy tears were definitely shed. I never dreamed that it could have gone more perfectly.....but it did! Katie is fantastic to work with, she really listens and gives her honest opinion. I came in to find a unique wedding band to compliment a stunning vintage art deco wedding ring I bought at Luisa Graff's some 6 or so years ago. My husband and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary this year and thought it would be the perfect time to transform this piece into my second wedding set by adding a wedding band and center diamond ( I originally bought the ring with no center gemstone). Katie made the whole process delightful and fun. She was more than willing to pull out everything for me to try with it and helped me choose the perfect fit for the ring. I honestly would have never even have thought to try the band I choose without her guidance. When I saw it in the case I brushed passed it initially. Katie took it out and handed it to me after I had tried on several options and wasn't finding one that was quite right. I am so glad she did because it is perfect and compliments the unique wedding ring perfectly. When it came time to find the perfect center for the ring she did the same thing pulling multiple diamonds and making sure I found the one right one. We even played with color diamonds to see how they would pop. I am so exited for my new wedding set and so happy Katie was able to help me. I also brought in a bunch of my other jewelry to get cleaned. One of the other ladies was able to clean all my items while Katie and shopped. Cannot recommend this place enough! I have an engagement ring that sits very flush on my finger and it was very hard to find any wedding bands online even close to what I wanted. About 3 weeks before my wedding I was in a panic thinking I wouldn’t have a wedding band, and I called Luisa Graff. Not only were they incredible accommodating about my schedule (letting me come in 15 mins before close), they also were able to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. I ended up having to have something custom cut to fit around my ring, and despite originally being told it would take 2 weeks they had it done a week early. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable, but April was above and beyond. She let me try on multiple bands, talk to the jeweler making my ring, and made sure that I had it in advance for my wedding. Coming from someone who’s never bought jewelry from a store before, the process could not have been any more comfortable or easy. They are well worth visiting!!!

Our experience with Gloria at Luisa Graff Jewelers was the best! The selection of diamond rings left us with more than we expected to chose from but Gloria was very patient as we spent the time we needed to be sure we picked the perfect ring and diamond to set in it. Gloria helped me & she was amazing!! She did everything she could to find me a memorial necklace for my little brother in my price range! In a bit of a jam, I stopped into Luisa Graff. I needed an earring back replaced. The platinum stems in the earring were an odd size, a bit too wide in diameter to be replaced with any backs we could find. I showed up on a Saturday morning, met with Amy, who measured the stems, found a partner of theirs that could make a replacement, while insisting she be able to clean the earrings while she conducted her research. She thought they may be able have the back to the store by Tuesday, but no promises this close to the holiday. To my surprise, the piece arrived Monday without hassle. I would recommend Amy and Luisa Graff to anyone shopping for jewelry.

The 5 stars are for MJ! She is amazing! We were very hesitant on going to a larger jeweler for our ring thinking we would be walking into a car dealership experience where they are pushy and don’t listen. But we got the pleasure of having MJ as our consultant and she is 100% the reason we bought rings here! She is so nice and understanding and really makes you feeling like we’ve known her for years! We recommend MJ to all our friends looking for jewelry because she is one of a kind!!!

They have the best quality products, absolute expertise, customer service that none can rival, and an all around incredible experience. My fiancé and I are so grateful to Rita, Shannon, and the rest of the staff for making the stressful fun, the tedious exciting, and the whole thing a big adventure. We are also grateful for the ways the business gives back to the community (my fiancé teaches at a school to which they donated a beautiful item to for a very important fundraiser).
