After having the worst experience at another emergency care facility , we decided to leave and head down to Complete Care Colorado Springs and I am SO thankful that we did! Upon arrival we were the only one's there so we didn't have to wait! The staff was so kind as my older son had been in a bicycle accident and needed stitches I had to bring my younger two children with me as well and the staff came out with stuffed animals for them and snacks, when we went back to the room they asked my kiddos if there was any special cartoons they liked to watch and got that going for them as well... Upon seeing the Doctor he was so kind and so patient! The Doctor is AMAZING! He did an absolutely amazing job with my son. Everything was explained to me before hand to include payment they were unable to accept our insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, but honestly I didn't mind given the prior horrible experience we had just come from out of another facility. The price was very reasonable for what we were being seen for. I would say this was absolutely the best place we could have gone given the circumstances and the care we got was great! Very thankful!

This urgent care is my go to, they are always SO clean and SO fast. I’ve never had a bad experience here and have been over 8 times. All of the doctors are amazing and always listen to all concerns you are having. They have almost every thing that a large scale ER has but I find it to be much much cleaner and faster. It’s a smaller practice but I’ve never felt forgotten or ignored there. They are so professional and truly care about your comfort as well as your health. Love this place! If I could give 6 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Complete Care provides wonderful care in a relaxed, yet still very professional atmosphere. I am always impressed with the friendliness of their staff, from the front desk to every nurse, doctor and technician. The facilities are clean and up to date. They do not leave you waiting for hours. I highly recommend Complete Care. I have been several times and the services I have received were excellent and consistent each and every visit.

I am very impressed with this urgent care. I had gone to two others that had a full waiting room and 2.5 hour wait and decided to call here. The wait was only 10 mins. The front desk receptionist was very kind and informative. Since I was going only to see if my daughter needed stitches from an injury earlier in the day. I was really hoping someone could just give me a “yes” or a “No” without a huge Bill and that’s just what they did! I was given the option of a Medical Assessment at no cost. Best experience ever. All of the Nurses, Doctor and Staff were kind, quick and knowledgeable. The best part was getting the info that I needed without a bill. Since I had already suspected it was too late for stitches but just needed confirmation. I would definitely go back!

We visited here on 8/24/23 after a motorcycle accident. We were seen right away. Alex, our nurse, was super friendly, compassionate and helpful. Dr. Miranda had an amazing bed side manner. He was respectful, professional, listened well, ensured all our questions were answered and very clear with the treatment plan. They were able to take x-rays, provide treatment, pain medication, doctors note, tetanus shot and more! I really appreciate that this a 24 hour facility and love that when you visit, it is a 3 day visit, meaning if anything comes up related to the original visit, you can return for up to 3 days without an additional payment and as part of your original visit. They helped provide peace of mind and helped us through what was a scary situation. Thank you so much for how you took care of us! We are grateful.

This is the best urgent care I’ve been to. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, the environment is kid friendly, and the care is top notch! When bringing my son in, they treated him with gentleness and care. They gave him a teddy bear and a juice box to help calm him down, and gave the same to my youngest so he didn’t feel left out. I’m thankful for this facility when other urgent cares were closed and I didn’t want to go to a huge emergency room. Thank you!!

Dr. Etemadi is wonderful. When I have had to be seen by him, along with my two boys, it’s been great. The facility is clean, and the staff is great. In and out within less than an hour

Everyone at Complete Care was super caring and passionate. They listened to everything I had to say, didn’t doubt or not trust my feelings, I was in the best care here. This was the second time I’ve gone to an ER for the same issue and the treatment was night and day compared to the other hospital. Complete Care is the place you want to go to ensure you’ll actually get better.

We had an urgent issue to deal with while traveling through the area. There were many highlights to our visit. Welcomed by Crystal at reception - very kind and efficient supervisor here. They were not busy so we got right in. The nurse, Tyler quickly assessed the situation and helped Dr Gus get right to managing the issue. We were surprised they even had the med we needed and Dr Gus was able to perform the needed procedure. Both of their empathy for my wife’s painful situation was so helpful in this situation. The Staff of Complete Care are worthy of great praise and bring respect to themselves and their employer.

I'm in the process of switching over to a new doctor and the soonest they can see me is January 2024. I needed to see a doctor for my cough and upper rib pain and obviously couldn't wait until January. Luckily, I learned about Complete Care and was happy to find out that their urgent care section was open on Saturdays. I went in as soon as they were open on Saturday, October 28, 2023. I didn't not wait long to be seen. It was about 10-15 minutes from the time I filled out the paperwork to the nurse calling my name. The team that took care of me was Dr. Judith Fox and Nurse Tyler. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and address the symptoms I was having. They made me feel welcome and not rushed. I felt like Dr. Fox provided a thorough examination to determine the treatments I needed. They gave me "complete care", so to speak, starting with testing me for COVID and the flu, giving me injection for my rib pain, nebulizer breathing treatment, X-ray to rule out pneumonia, and prescribing the right medications for my symptoms. Right before I checked out, Nurse Tyler provided me with a "Complete Care" folder that had a summary of my visit, test results, diagnosis report/info, post care instructions, and prescriptions. I was really impressed! Dr. Fox, Nurse Tyler, the X-ray tech and rest of the staff took good care of me. I felt listened to and not rushed. I was in and out of the facility within two hours. I recommend Complete Care to anyone needing ER or Urgent Care. You won't be disappointed. :)

Dr Miranda and his staff were great They went the extra mile to make sure they found out what was going on and made sure I was feeling better after I left. In end all was good and an easy solution. Great experience I was impressed.

I had an unfortunate accident where a ladder came off the back of a truck and knocked me on my head. After an ambulance ride to an area ER (Penrose), I found myself with my wife sitting in the ER waiting area, blood dripping from my head, for over TWO hours. Out of frustration my thoughtful and resourceful wife started looking for alternatives when she stumbled upon the Complete Care listing. She called them and asked if they could treat head injuries and how long of a wait. The representative at Complete Care told her there was currently no wait and that they were a full service hospital. We went to the ER desk and let them know we were leaving. Out of pure coincidence (not), they told us they would have a room ready in a minute. No thank you and we left to Complete Care. What a polar opposite experience. Upon checking in, the desk rep at Complete Care was empathetic and moved with a sense of urgency as he could see all the blood coming from my head. We were taken back right away and treated with great care and attention. Everything was amazing. Treatment was well thought out, collaborative, and provided us with several options depending on our health care preferences. Not only would I come back to Complete Care, but I will do what I can to ensure that people are made aware of this great asset! Thank you to the staff! This experience was way above and beyond!

This is the only urgent care I go to. The staff are compassionate, friendly and gentle. I don’t ever feel like a number here or that they are just serving to push me out. The service is quick and I always feel like all my questions and concerns are answered. This is a fantastic group of medical professionals!

I wish we had an urgent care/ ER like this everywhere especially in New Orleans. The staff was awesome from the moment we walked through door. The nurses and doctor were so caring and attentive. The staff was very professional and caring. I had been to several clinics recently and they were far and away the best at listening to my concerns and needs then treating me. I felt so much better due to their excellent treatment. I will be going there first next time I need quick care.

Everyone was friendly, caring and professional. I went in expecting a urgent care visit and coming out with an antibiotic. Once the doctor saw me, I was upgraded to an emergency level. They ran tests and got results back significantly faster than I've seen in a hospital emergency room. Ultimately, I had to be transferred to a hospital for surgery, but they made the transfer pretty smooth and provided them with the scans and everything else from my visit. For anymore urgent care or emergency care, we will be going back to Complete Care.

AMAZING care, ONE STOP for your urgent issues. Extremely caring and experienced staff. Complete Care can do all kinds of tests if needed, instead of you going here to only be sent to a different ER if you need something more extensive. Will never go to a different Urgent Care!

Dr Gustavo is one of the most caring doctors I've been to and the staff is extremely great at what they do!!! Great customer service and care. They will definitely treat you better than expected. I've gone for myself and my kids and everyone is friendly, kind, and takes their time with you. Whenever I have gone it's been a short wait time. I'm honestly surprised they aren't that busy whenever I go due to the great quality of care, but maybe not that many people know about this place? The nurses and doctors all seen very competent and I have always been pleased with the service they provided. Definitely my go to for urgent care or emergency care.

I cannot praise Complete Care enough! I brought my son in and they were quick, compassionate, and clean! Megan at the front desk was so kind and helpful, our RN Heather was fantastic and so gentle with my son, and Dr. Miranda was so helpful, easy to talk to, and so good to us! Overall a wonderful experience for a worried mother of a toddler! The price for the visit was reasonable out of pocket as well! I’ll definitely be returning here instead of going to other ERs or Urgent cares!

My experience at Complete Care was fabulous!! The staff was the most friendly and helpful that I have ever experienced. Dr. Gus was sincerely caring and took lots of time helping us. I recommend this facility to anyone needing emergency care. This was not the closest facility to our location that evening but it was certainly worth the drive. Kudos to Dr. Gus and the staff here for providing us top notch care!! I left the facility wanting to give them all a hug!!

We have found our new urgent care and will never consider anywhere else. From beginning to end: -Front staff was very polite, sweet, helpful and prompt. -Going back to the exam room was extremely fast, didn't even finish the paperwork before they called us. -The nurse and doctor where wonderful and very attentive. Doctor Fox was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and was very helpful. She had excellent advice and was very caring.

This is my go to urgent care. Always quick for check ins. Dr. Fox has helped my family out the most, and I absolutely adore her. Amazing bedside manner, listens, understanding, funny, and professional-she’s literally one of the best people. My RN was Cody and he was attentive, checked to see if we need water or snacks and was professional and kind. Cody talked me thru what he was doing before he did it. Great place to go when you’re sick or injured

Very professional and kind staff. They informed me up front about costs and kept up communication during my entire visit. Never felt pushed to do anything or say yes to any specific options, the whole experience was very comfortable. During discharge, Gus was very clear and thorough about what to expect and what I should ideally do next; I left feeling ready and able to take these next steps.

Agreeing with all other positive reviewers, this place is absolutely incredible. My medical team consisted of Dr. Gus Colmenares, RN Danielle and my radiology tech Felicia. Every single one of them was absolutely amazing. They are all genuinely kind people. I was treated respectfully, compassionately, and with urgency. This review could easily turn into a chapter if I went over every single way they made me feel safe, and comfortable, and seen. I can’t express enough just how incredible the staff is. And, while I certainly hope I never need to see another urgent care; if I do, I’m going to this one. I can’t thank you all enough. Thank you.

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I went in with chest pains and was treated immediately and thorough tests were done. The staff also did everything in their ability to make me comfortable while awaiting various results. My visit went to the ER side because of the chest pain, but I am certain the urgent care is equally as good. I especially appreciated that they kept me informed of staff changes as I was there during a shift change. I highly recommend this facility for any medical needs.

I highly recommend them. My husband had a great experience. He spent hours in the ER waiting for them to do something for our son‘s finger however they took forever he got frustrated and took our son here. Unfortunately they didn’t take our son‘s insurance and gave my husband recommendations of places he could take our son, but ended up following him to the parking lot and telling him to come back in and they treated him. We are very grateful for their compassion and kindness. This letter came the other day and meant the world to our son. Good care is hard to find, nice to find some in practice are doing it for the patients and not the money.
