I had purchased smart watch in this showroom (iyyapanthangal) and made the payment through pos machine. But I got failed. Then made payment through gpay. After few minutes, I came to know the amount got debited twice from my account. And there is no proper response from showroom incharge (Anitha) as well as from showroom MD (Deepak). I raised a complaint in my bank as well as to RBI. After a long struggle of 5 months I got my money back but the reason told by showroom MD was that their accounts team have missed to notice the transaction. Really I'm fed up with their behaviour. Because of their worst response, they are spoiling their reputation as well as Fastrack's reputation.

Shop is good. But the lady who is in the bill counter not pleasant ,friendly ,Immediately after billing I want to exchange the product she is very stubborn. Actually if it is my fault, not checking the bill before payment , but she doesn’t have any courtesy towards the customer., rigid , even she doesn’t want to listen us,3000 rupees purchased she not even ready to give new box ., so please check the bill before you paid . They will not accept within seconds., hereafter I will not prefer this shop . Better go with Amazon they will accept returns

Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the shopping experience truly enjoyable. Kudos to the dedicated staff for making my visit a memorable one!
