Here is what I like * Doctors were professional. They explained me the medication and got me back to normal * Cleaning staff were good. They cleaned the rooms everyday, changing covers for pillow, bed and sanitized. Room is tidy Here is what I didn't like * Your insurance desk is pathetic. I had to follow up multiple times with my insurance provider emailing them your hospital docs cause you didn't upload them properly. Wasted the whole day getting on my nerves. Lady was very keen for not using cashless facility untill I stood my ground. * they never asked if I preferred a veg/non veg food. I was given non veg food, I found it without even opening and explained staff I was a pure veg, they took the pack returned the same after removing the non veg product. That's not how it supposed to be.. * food is worthless. I know every hospital food is horrible but didn't expect you to get it from street vendor. * don't ask your patient to use service elevator. I was asked to go through that for some reason, ended up outside hospital on the adjacent road while someone was waiting in the reception for me. * Don't pester the attenders to pay money everyday calling them multiple times. I understand recent covid times were hard with hospitals filling up, but I have never seen this behavior elsewhere.

Worst hospital for staff service. The nurses are very unprofessional. They need to be trained on hospitality. They must know how to support a pregnant lady during labour pain as husbands are not allowed to be around. They were quite busy giggling, passing comments when I was in pain. It's quite shocking to realise how a woman don't understand another woman's pain.

Will not recommend this hospital even to enemies... worst administration and services. Gynecologist gives one appointment time and comes after 2hrs per her convenience. Pathetic doc, no politeness humble kind service at this young age of starting career. Better Mr. Sudharsanam ex MLA kins can close this clinic to avoid spoiling his reputation. Waste of time and money. Not satisfied with the service. ❌🚫🚩 better go to GH avoid private clinics who are sucking our bloods (like shown in ramana movie)

Worst hospital in avadi ., I mean this is not hospital it is a training centre for who deserves training and experience gaining purposes. They pay low wages to doctors . Receptionist, nurses , doctors are inexperienced. I got admitted a few days back., Regular MBBS duty doctor only attends the concern . Special doctor will say the methodolgy and they will leave the hospital , only duty doctors doing the part . Very inexperienced doctors they are . 90% Nurses are training students only they even dont knew how to dress the wound , what is going on .Night duty doctor is training young girl she done MBBS few months ago is duty doctor for the whole hospital at night times. Treating the patient very worst. hospital escpessialy receptionist except two of all them are not prescribed for that job at all they dont know how to print out a copy of the estimate . Wrongly doing and framing extra charges . Dont ever go to this hospital better YOU GO FOR 24HOURS GH . EVEN THEY HAVE PROPER TRAINED DOCTORS AND NURSES

The treatment provided by staffs here are not so good. Charges are very high and we have to wait long time for the doctors arrival. The building is most times rented for cinema shootings. Cine service uses this hospital more than patents. The management must take feedback from patents and can serve better. The building is corner property located in a very good spot - the placement of property can attract more people - if service quality improved.

Won't give salary and respect at all..please dont prefer the job here.then you will suffer like me.last one month salary still i didnt get and my experiance certificate of 8 month i didnt get it.

Very bad experience with billing part, they have been billed for my own Oximeter @ Rs.1550/- (same product cost outside this hospital is Rs.750/- only) and thermometer, When i enquired about the same to pharmacy staff, they said we billed and gave the same to shift nurse and behave very rude. Hospital management must be look on to it.

Got my baby delivered here . Best place around avadi and affordable too. Dr. Gomathi was so friendly and she is the reason myself and baby are healthy now . I took bajaj finance for my payments and the hospital was very supportive to my decision, they did all the paperworks and there was no hassle for me to go around on it. Thanks

I bought my daughter for severe fever two days back to this hospital and met Dr.Sugumar. He was very humble and explained me very cleary about the causes and remedies for the problem. Now, my daughter is fully recovered and taking food as normal. I strongly recommend Dr.Sugumar in this hospital. Happy Parents. Thank you Doctor !!

Hospitality was very good and the treatment given was also great

No service was done..they charged me 700...very disappointed.

Money minded hospital, they charged Rs.1.7 lakhs for my mother leg frature. They estimate less amount for admission and after that you bill will be increased. In pharmacy no bill will be issued and no return for unnecessary medicines that recommended by nurse. Very bad experience. Middle class people's please don't go there. This hospital is perfect for shooting mega serial and not for treatment.

One of my family members got admitted here 4 days for dengue. Excellent care was given from admission till discharge. We thank Dr. Sukumar for his timely diagnosis, explainations about the disease and treatment . One of the most polite and patient friendly Doctors we have come across. We also thank the other shift doctors and nurses . Reception staff could have been more patient friendly, some are rude and not welcoming.

Worst experience. Got appointment on 08:30 pm and waited for 10 pm . The gastroenterology specialist has not came. This hospital doesn't have hospitality to maintain their standard.

I took my grandmother here for continuous cough for several days , shoulder pain which didn't decrease even after Visiting multiple hospitals for treatment . Finally came to sudharshanam. General doctor attended . Blood tests done , Proper care and treatment given and now my grandmother is free from cough. Tiredness, bodypain . Tq sudharshanam..

Brought my mother here for fever, breathing difficulty . No waiting period, went in the morning, immediate care was given, diagnosed with pneumonia . admitted for 3 days and discharged with full recovery. doctors ,nurses so helpful. Especially op nurse laila . Thanks

It's the worst hospital in Avadi in the recent days. Our family come to this hospital regularly for many years and we see sukumar doctor and vijay doctor for all our problems best treatment was given by them and they saved my father's life too always grateful for them. They are all gone and Now new doctors are there training doctors i guess , they know nothing calling someother person in phone and writing medicines playing with life of patients, for one day fever also they will force you to get admitted , scare you .Very very worst care they are giving now also no response if we ask any doubts. Waste of time going to this hospital. Even if it's life or death situation don't go to this hospital. Very Very bad experience
