When you rent the room he takes you to your room and plugs in fridge, microwave, and turns on AC. Now when it's still over 100 degrees at 900 at night the fridge and the AC should already be cranking. I saw a roach come out of microwave and told him he looked and didn't see it so he said there wasn't any roach. Told us to keep our door closed or insects and mosquitos would come in. He left and we brought our things upstairs after we sprayed our own bug spray. I go to shower...no hot water. Very low water pressure from tub faucet, no water from shower head. I was not told any of this upon renting the room. I asked for refund, he refused. Said all would be fixed in the morning. Well as of 2 days later it isn't. He says roaches are from outside because we left front door open, which hasn't happened once. However there are giant gaps around our door that hot air and light come through so I'm sure bugs do too.

Usually I'm a pretty fair guy with my opinion because I have a good understanding of situations. But this place is totally misunderstood would you see on the website as a hotel is simply nothing but a crackhead spot. What I had to do upon getting a room was vacuum my own room clean the whole room up and sanitize everything for me and my wife to be able to have a place to rest for the night. I mean we literally had to perform housekeeping duties on the room for a room that should not have even been rented out. There was no remote to the TV so I didn't get to even watch the news and the TV was from the 1950s. All the wiring to the light fixtures and lamps were hanging out or absent. So I do not recommend going here unless it's a detrimental emergency in there is all that's left.

Vary dirty, none smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Hot day so I looked for a hotel with pool they avertised that they had one it was closed and full of trash. 120 out and the AC barely worked. I walked into the room asked for a refund they refused. I contacted Priceline who I booked though they could not do anything. Do not stay here.

This place left me furious and disgusted. I made the mistake of booking it and THEN reading the reviews. After I found out via reviews it was such a mess (five minutes later), I immediately called to cancel the booking. The man at the front is miserly; he basically said whether or not I choose to show up, I will still pay for the stay. So I had no choice but to sleep in a roach infested room. I took none of my personal items into the room with me, and I'm glad I didn't, because I found out the next morning that the roaches and I had some unwanted roommates: bedbugs! The bites drove me crazy for weeks afterward. I showed the man the bugs and he made a big show of putting them in a Ziploc bag so he could "have it inspected," but something tells me nothing was done about it. And he STILL would not refund me! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything he said was baloney. I paid 45 for one night in a room with one queen bed, and when I arrived at the motel, there was a huge sign saying rooms are only 29.99! When I asked him, he said it was because he gave me the "best" room in the place. This place is a total waste of time and money. It is a huge health and safety hazard and should be immediately shut down.

Worst ever. Went to check in after driving around for an hour hotel to hotel looking for a room in 112* heat around 10pm, asked for king size room. Was told I could have one (though the sink was broken, I was desperate) and asked if he could discount it a couple bucks because it was a broken sink. We were in the middle of doing the paperwork and was going through transaction when he asked for my ID and then all of a sudden decides to tell me I guess this isn't the room for you. No vacancy and smirked at me told me to go away. What an a-hole.

Checked the website, said there were 2 rooms available. My wife went in, night clerk or manager, whatever, said he only had one room, the sink didn't work but no big deal, we just wanted to sleep. We said yes, as soon as he took her ID, his tune changed and he no longer was willing to rent to us. When asked why, he told her to go somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Terrible, the room was fumigated and had roaches. The fumigation was so bad we left without a refund because the owner " Rick" refused it. 175 dollars for two nights. The most disgusting motel should be condemned! Drug deals going on right outside and car urine smell. When we left we realized we were feeling the effects of the pesticide!! We were actually poisoned. I pray this place is shutdown for the health and wellness of any future victims of this motel hustle.

Wish I could rate negative 5. This place is Disgusting. We were showed 3 separate rooms none of which looked like any of the photos online. First room had bugs. Second room smelled like a moldy basement and the clerk told us there was a water leak. Third room had LARGE brown stains on the sheets. Do not stay here. When we told the clerk that we couldn't stay in those conditions he tells us there is a sign in the office that said no refunds. Worst customer service. This is a shady business that dupes people online.

Doors all looked like they were kicked in at one time. They are way out dated and running down but the guy running it is friendly and they were clean

Place is disgusting and dirty completely run down. Microwave and refrigerator did not work the door looked like it had been kicked in several times. At $300 a night your better off sleeping in your car.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst of the worst. First, the room smelled. I was told this was their best and nicest room. Second, the bed cover was dirty with white stains, (you can guess), third the circuit breaker tripped in the bathroom area. The maintenance man went to the breaker box and tried to turn the power back on but the lights kept flickering and there was a buzzing noise and this was never resolved. I was afraid it would cause a fire. Fourth, no TV remote and no way to use the TV manually. Fifth and the last straw, the door would not close and there was no way to lock it. I packed up and tried to phone the manager to get my money back but couldn't as he was running around the building trying to patch all the other problems that were happening. I then call the hotel phone number and it went to voice mail that was full, so no message left. I then went to the website and left an email and never heard back. As a woman travelling alone with my dog this is TOTALLY unacceptable. I expect a hotel to supply the basics and this place did not. STAY AWAY! This is a no star.

We had a reservation and when we got there we were told that the hotel had been sold the day before so no room for us, we had to find another hotel in a hurry. Very unhappy.
