Great to be back! Snuck in at 1:30 today. Nick and Brittany at the bar provided excellent service! Food, as always, was exceptional. Nick, thank you for the recommendations! Wonderful to know one of our favorite places is still outstanding in all ways. Of course, the food is to die for. A must visit for brunch when in Appleton! Clean food with creative flare!

***The Best Brunch in town*** If you are looking for top notch brunch this is the place to stop. But you will need to make reservations as this place is normally busy. - Some cocktails but plenty of caffeinated drinks. - Great Pastries - Kid friendly - Plenty of parking

SAP has an excellent selection of breakfast and lunch offerings with some truly unique options. You have the choice of side of potatoes or salad with your meal. The SAP potatoes we perfectly crisp and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Then I had the breakfast sandwich that was served on a brioche bun that tasted like a croissant, and everything about it was delicious. My friend had one of their daily specials of a steak and egg burrito and said it was really good. Their dessert case looked like they had a lot of yummy selections as well. This place does get busy right away so be prepared to wait to be seated.

Excellent service. Small mistake in my side order, not a big deal I was not going to say anything but the server noticed immediately and brought the correct side out right away. The food was excellent. A gold star in food and service for the valley.

I'm the kind of person who likes to visit certain places once a year for special occasions. Today was one such day where I love to visit SAP to have brunch in honor of my favorite Japanese idol's birthday! I was sat at my table promptly when I checked in for my reservation, and I was already happy it was off to the side a little bit next to the coffee and dessert bar where it was less noisy and a little more private. You'll know in a paragraph or two why. I ordered the house hummus as a starter and steak and eggs for my main. The food here is always amazing, looks and taste alike. I might've eaten the SAP potatoes and steak a little too quickly and forgot the bacon jam was still there 😂😂😂 In years past, servers would get a little confused and maybe give a look here and there when I order my food and I don't eat it right away, especially when I start arranging the table including my idol's itabag, acrylic stands, and photocards to take pictures with for my social media. It might have been the first time they've encountered an "otaku" like me...but Jaida impressed me and really made my day today by encouraging my hobby and even asked about my itabag and who was featured in it, and I was more than happy to talk about Masaki and Gakugeidai Junes with her a little, and the reason why I'm here to celebrate his birthday. She was very kind and attentive, professional even about it! Five stars for her especially, and I hope your manager sees this, thank you Jaida!! 💙💙💙

We had the toasted bagel with lemon cream cheese (amazing!) salmon and capers and a scramble egg over potatoe special. It was deeelish! Atmosphere and service was great. Oh, and we took a spiced peach scone to go....yummy!

The lamb burger was the best burger I've ever had! Love that they source their ingredients from Wisconsin. Their bakery sells the yummiest desserts too! Seems french inspired. We love the coconut macaroons and the chocolate mousse with berries! Soooo good! We had to wait quite a while to be seated as a party of 4 adults and 2 kiddos at 12 noon on a Sunday but it was worth the wait and all the staff were very friendly!

This is a great restaurant! We go for breakfast mainly and have not had a bad meal! I recommend going early as they fill in quickly!

I love it here. I came to Appleton for business and found this gem. I ate here for breakfast and lunch (when I could). Everyone is amazing. It was my first time eating duck eggs and let me tell you….I’ll probably never eat a chicken egg again. Which leads me to the bacon, not overly salted, etc. I am so sad we don’t have this place in my hometown. And while there’s no bacon in the pic, that’s the steak and duck eggs. Chef’s Kisss. Thank you for making my trip a brighter. I wasn’t too excited to be in Appleton.

SAP is always fantastic. The staff are the nicest around. Even something as simple as french toast or a waffle will be the best you've ever had. I'm pretty sure SAP is the best restaurant in the Fox Valley. No joke. My only wish is they'd serve better coffee and espresso drinks, so I didn't have to stop elsewhere for my morning caffeine.

Well this is one of my favorite places in the valley. Had another great experience here this weekend but I feel they've lost some of their greatness. Got charged 8 dollars for a Virgin mimosa, I guess oranges are expensive. The chicken and waffles was good but I expect a little more for 18 dollars. Chicken was burnt and half of it was missing breading. If your going to put something on the menu execute it properly or don't send it out. The chilliquillies was however perfect. Really hope the kitchen gets back up to what they used to be because I'm not sure if I'll go back.

The place to be! I love that so many things are locally sourced. I had the gluten free French toast, an over easy duck egg and some bacon. And we took some macaroons for the road 🥰 The servers were very helpful when navigating their menu and offering suggestions. And the vibe was on point 🫶🏼

Each visit to SAP is just as amazing as the last! Great Service & Meals are consistent in flavor and plating. Top Notch! One of our favorite dishes is the Chilaquiles. The Corned Beef Hash we've had once, delicious! And their bakery items are out of this world!

Delicious experience at one of the most unique restaurants in the Fox Valley area. Locally sourced and proud! I ordered breakfast food and it was really delicious. I highly recommend the Benedict breakfast food. Coffee was really good too! Service was top notch! One of the top restaurants I've been to.

Had the salmon benedict with gluten-free toast. Thought I was ordering lox salmon but it was crumbled smoked salmon. My mistake. Told I could substitute after the fact. Lettuce mix wilted and too much dressing. The service was excellent from all parties. The bakery looked amazing. The macaroons are gluten-free. Great cup of barista coffee. Great experience overall.

Both times we've eaten here the food and service have been phenomenal! Chicken and waffles on Sundays! The chorizo Benedict is delicious as well! Lots of coffee, latte, cappuccino options as well as pastries! Yum! Just go!

My friend and I had breakfast here on a Saturday morning. We called ahead and made a reservation - I would suggest this, the restaurant gets super busy. When we arrived, we still had to wait 15 minutes for a table to open up. The restaurant has a bakery you can purchase items from if you wish. A variety of pastries, cakes, macaroons, etc. Our waiter was a young man, super nice and welcoming. I ordered a hot cocoa to start, and my friend ordered an orange juice. I liked the different food options they offered, good variety. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict - which contained house smoked salmon, avocado, shaved red onion, dill hollandaise on an English muffin. FINALLY, I ordered a Benedict that the bread wasn't soggy. They toasted it, I believe, and it was perfect. The side potatoes were really delicious too. The only issue I had was the hollandaise sauce was very plain, it was missing a lot of flavor. Also, some of my white on the inside of my poached eggs wasn't fully cooked. My friend ordered the BLTA which was bacon, bibb lettuce, tomato, avocado, RB jack, smoked tomato aioli on white toast. This came with a side option, and she opted for the soup of the day. She said she enjoyed her meal. Overall, I would recommend and go back.

I'm not super impressed by the smoothie bowl for $14 it was more of a plate with a scarcely thin glazing of acai smoothie with a few tiny pieces of chopped fruit, couple seeds & hemp heart granola. The lemon ricotta pancakes are good. The salad was pretty good and the pot pie was good but the peas were hard! The cappuccino was basically room temperature. The coffee also luke warm. The hot tea was hot, go figure. They don't do made to order espresso drinks unless it's listed on their menu. A double shot with a bit of foamed oat milk is not a thing, but a cappuccino is...
