Not even worth to give one star, i have booked room for my marriage guest’s by paying advance amount and last moment owner cancelled my booking. Owner Santhosh kumar shetty is a fraud person when i asked to return advance amount he typed amount and sent in phone pay. Till now I haven’t received my advance. Owner has very bad attitude and As a women i didnt feel safe to talk with him. As a localite i faced many issue while booking this hotel, so i dont suggest to any for online bookings. So disappointed ☹️

Very very worst place. The owner looted the advance we paid but canceled out prebooking a week before. When we asked to return the money he is sending the text message typing the amount. Such a fraud. Not safe for women to talk also, he is very rude. The owner called santhosh kumar. Please don't opt for this place. Giving one star since its the least.

I'm rating by Bangalore standards and that's a bit unfair. Considered the best in Puttur though. The air conditioning didn't work. We had paid for it. There was no health faucet. The person at the front desk was distracted and indifferent. More into his phone than us. Decent attached restaurant. Overall disappointing.

Worst hotel The worst hotel ever visited Terrible experience. Staffs were so rude and Pathetic service. Unhygienic place with full of cockroaches could not stay a single day. Even advance whice is also not repaid. Overall a horrible experience. There is no safety and respect for ladies at all.

Poor room mentiance. During chech in offered AC room. But it was not working. Spent entire day in the sorning heat.

The location is great. Right along the bypass road and we were away from the city noise. We were three families and so booked three rooms. Check-in was smooth. Had to pay the charges at the check in time itself. The credit card swipe machine was non operative, but luckily I had googlepay and so managed payment. All our rooms were at the second floor. Cleanliness was just ok, but the bed linen and pillow were not hygienic (torn pillow case, very old, used linen). The wall paper was torn and looked ugly. The management it appears doesn't inspect the rooms. Spacious bathroom, but the wash basin tap was dry. The front desk person, the attendent both came, saw, went back. But the tap was not attended till we left the following noon. Pathetic. At check-in we were told geysers were there for hot water, but hot water never came in all our the bathrooms. On request, the front desk person came, expressed surprise, and then came back with immersion coil which he very crudely our inside a bucket of water to hear water. Very crude way, very unsafe. This was the case in all the rooms - which gives a feeling that geysers are not installed at all! Only plus is its good location. There is a party hall in first floor - good for events and small scale conferences. Parking space is fairly good.

This hotel doesn't even deserved a single star. I stayed there for a night and tried transferring through UPI due server down upi app showed transaction as pending. Then I transferred to them via netbanking it was successful. Later by evening the pending transaction in upi also completed successfully. So I have paid twice for them. Then called their receptionist Mr.Pramodh( he is literally irresponsible) sent screenshot of both the payment, initially he told we have to check bank account statement then we will pay back like that. It happened almost an year ago. Now they were not picking my call. My 1000Rs was there don't know whom to ask.. worst worst worst experience. Never seen such irresponsible persons.
