Excelient place for beauty services. I have been a regular customer here and have always had 100 percent satisfaction. Vinitha hands are magic hands, she is the best in her job. I should also name Seema who was very good with the way she did the hair cut..Best product for hair and skin

Very bad experience. I went for basic hair and makeup. I was looking horrible after the makeup. Very cakey makeup. She said she's using mac products but it really didn't feel like Mac at all. My lips were fully dried and chapped because of the low quality lipstick. They even over charged me for that low quality makeup products. PLEASE DON'T GO! ---------************---------- REPLY - I'm not giving any fabricated dishonest feedback. These people didn't show me any MAC products before doing the makeup. Their salon was so disorganised that none of the staff was helping this girl who was doing my makeup. I'm not complaining about the artist who did the makeup (other than the horrible makeup). This salon itself was pathetic and should be shutdown. Their tools also no quality whatsoever. Their curling machine took forever to get heated and didn't even make proper curls. 😒😒

I had been to this branch of Lakme on 25th Jan since they called and said they were running some offers for Republic day. I took services worth 12.5k which included Facial, Waxing and Detanning. Firstly I was so disappointed with the waxing., as it was not done neatly and after the Facial I started getting pimples on my face and back(which I never had)😒😒 I am so worried about my skin now. I have been a regular customer to Lakme and was for this branch as well., Not really certain why the quality has dropped significantly which has made me decide not to step into this Vijayanagar branch ever again nor recommend anyone. Lastly too much off marketing added to this drama. I think Lakme should thoroughly check its franchise quality and the evil of service they are offering.. very pathetic Experience overall!!

I went to Lakme salon for haircut(just trimming), but my hair was super frizzy and dry. So the store manager (I believe Rekha) suggested me to go for tresplex collagen treatment which is a 2 hour sitting process( just one time sitting). The treatment charge was 7999/-. It took a bit more than 2 hours to complete everything. Mrs. Seema performed the treatment and she was very polite until the end, the service was good. However, I felt the other specialist(I guess she was learning from Seema) who was assisting her had trouble handling my hair. She pulled my hair multiple times while straightening and it hurt a bit..but this was not the case with seema. She really handled my hair with care. After the treatment, they gave me hair cut ( trimming + front fringes). Then, suggested to maintain the hair using their products ( botoplex conditioner + botoliss shampoo+ hair mask + Moroccan oil serum). The products costed 8k. The hair cut costed 830/-. I didn't expect hair cut charges to be this high as it was a simple trim. Other than these issues, everything else was good. My hair feels really soft now and I love it ♥️

Vishwa is my hair specialist. I ve No words any hair can be miracle look by Him. To be Frank he is my Hair Specialist from past 10 yrs. I could like to give him 10 out of 10. As well Lakme saloon I felt good Rapport building from the entry to exit. More Hygiene, well communication along wth staff . Hats off Guy's. Thk you over all .

Visited the place today. It claims to focus on hygiene (there is a board on the ground floor, at the entrance, claiming it) but ignores basic practices. The trimmer that the stylist used on me was borrowed by another stylist who used it without disinfecting it first. Matter of huge concern. Lakme should focus more on hygiene and less on marketing. Vishwa however is a terrific craftsman.

Lokesh my hair stylist served me the best hair colour and hair style. He was amazing at his service. Even though I was late, he accepted my request and provided me his service. This was my first time hair colouring at Lakme and did not expect such a great customer service. People like lokesh bring up the brand value of Lakme. Thank you 👍😊

I recently got the several services done at Lakmé Vijayanagar. Facial, hair colour, waxing, pedicure, manicure, eyebrows etc. the bill came up to 17 thousand odd. I found it extremely expensive for the kind of service that they provide. For global hair colouring they charged a whopping 5,500. They said it’s ammonia free and premium hair colour company called schwarzkopf… an ammonia free Schwarzkopf colour is not more that 500-600 bucks online. Or say even if it’s a 1000 bucks. The rest of 4400 was charged to apply and cover hair that’s up to shoulder level???? What a rip off!!!!!! They dint even show company Color. They just came and applied the mixture. Also when you are paying hefty amounts for the facials and other services you would expect some 5 star service. It was just less than average and there were cockroaches running around in their cupboards. All of the services were just very very basic. Never had i paid such hefty sums and received such basic service. I am just shocked that I paid so much and can’t get over it. It’s a total rip off. Don’t every pay such heavy outrageous prices for this kind of service. For all the pricing the service provided is ridiculous and it’s outright burglary. Please be mindful when you go here.

Dermalogica services and products are so effective . I have been regular customer for lakme salon Vijayanagar and my skin looks so vibrant and glowing after I get Dermalogica pro 90 skin treatment every month with Gayathri . I am very happy to see my skin transformation.

The salon was neat and staff is humble. Rekha , the store manager, examined my skin and explained clearly what I may require and allowed me time to decide. Expert Seema from Vijayanagar lakme salon is excellent. The salon has a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I went to buy Moraccan products and was very happy to avail a free Moraccan hair spa . All other beauty products they use are of top quality. All massage therapists and technicians are highly skilled.

My recent experience at Lake Salon was a mixed bag. Initially, there were some discrepancies with my bill that left me concerned. However, I must commend the manager, Rekha, for her prompt and courteous handling of the situation. Rekha took accountability, was polite, and kept me updated throughout the resolution process. Her professionalism improved my perception of Lake Salon. That being said, I’d advise future customers to clarify the details of the services they’re signing up for to prevent any misunderstandings. Overall, the management is attentive and willing to rectify issues, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very bad experience with Hair straightening .I usually get it done in Lakme. Visited Lakme vijayanagar in May 2023 to get straightening done. I got only 40% result. None of them can tell that I had got straightening done . Hair stylist Lokesh had attended it. He had over heated my hair and made a mess and hair was wavy. They realised their mistake and manager Rekha agreed to rectify it. So after 45 days got keratin treatment on top of it, to maintain the straight look. Manager promised that it will stay for 9 months. But it was on no use. Not sure if the mistake was with the person who did it or if the products used by Lakme have changed. It was waste of money . Would not recommend it to any one as of now.

Service : Bridal package Experience: Very Bad I am quite unhappy with the service and overall experience here. I was charged a total amount of around 22k for bridal package and the service I got was subpar. I have had better experiences at salons not so famous as Lakme. Things felt rushed. Massage time during facial was quite less. The person assigned to my services unhygienically massaged my face and head alternatively. Had to ask her to not do that. She kept opening the door without even making sure if someone from outside would be able to see the customer (who is almost naked). Waxing wasn't done properly. Had to show and get it done again. After body spa, I was asked to take a bath and to my surprise a place like this doesn't have a shower. The bathroom (or toilet) was so small. I was given a bucket of hot water to take a bath. When I had opened the door for the second time to collect another bucket of hot water some lady was staring right at the mirror inside that washroom near the door. Everything was so damn uncomfortable. Still creeps me out. I was there from such a long time and wasn't even asked if I want to eat or drink anything. So many bad experiences to mention. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone for bridal services. Worst place ever.
