Long
post
alert.
I
hope
this
will
help
those
who
are
thinking
of
trying
this
place,
trying
to
learn
about
the
place
before
coming.
I'm
a
newbie,
so
I
may
not
be
qualified
to
comment
in
depth
about
Boxing
per
se/training
for
it
but
I
will
express
multiple
things
which
I
have
noticed,
understood
and
admire
about
the
place
and
people
here.
I
feel
discipline
is
a
huge
pillar
this
entire
set
up
is
built
on.
I'll
explain
different
facets
revolving
around
discipline.
PUNCTUALITY:
I
am
punctual
in
general
and
anywhere
else
8
O
clock
also
means
8:05,08:10
or
even
8:15..
I
reach
on
time
and
wait..but
not
here!!
6am
class
starts
at
6am,
the
7am
starts
at
7am
accurate
to
the
minute
and
second!!!
-
Digital
clock.
Just
loved
the
punctuality
here.
If
u
are
always
in
time
u
will
appreciate
the
punctuality
here.
Even
if
u
r
not
punctual
this
will
inculcate
punctuality
in
you
STRUCTURE:
I
have
tried
multiple
sports
recreationally
in
the
past.
The
first
few
classes
fundamentals
are
taught
and
u
r
let
off
to
practice
the
same.
Nothing
wrong
with
that,
but
here
everything
goes
according
to
a
schedule
every
single
session
every
single
day!
All
areas
are
covered
on
dedicated
days.
ATTENTION:
not
only
advanced
boxers
or
very
new
joinees
but
everyone
at
every
level
is
given
individual
attention,feedback
etc
ATTENDANCE:
is
maintained
with
a
biometric
EXAMPLE
FOR
GROOMING/PERSONAL
HYGIENE:
this
might
sound
funny
but
every
trainer
has
short
well
groomed
hair
even
at
6am.
It
speaks
volumes
about
the
disciple
that
goes
into
everything
else.
Take
care
of
yourself
first
and
you
can
control
everything
else.
Trust
me
this
may
sound
unnecessary
but
habits
like
waking
up
early,
grooming,
punctuality
is
the
way
to
success
and
being
purposeful..
not
jus
for
boxing.
So
the
trainers
inspire
u
to
dress
up
and
groom
yorself
a
certain
way.
Nobody
imposes,
but
u
get
influenced
positively.
I'll.leave
it
at
that.
I
will
not
comment
on
boxing
as
I'm
a
newbie
and
i
dont
feel
it
is
correct
for
me
to
judge
or
even
have
opjnions
on
trainers
and
coaches
who
have
dedicated
a
chunk
of
their
lives
to
a
sport.
Nothing
but
admiration
for
the
same.
Highly
recommend
the
gym.
