alternatives
nearby
and
I
found
Fitness
Edge
Sports
Club.
After
reading
about
them
on
their
website
I
was
intrigue
when
I
read
about
their
In
body
Analysis
Technology
(something
that
is
only
offered
at
Fitness
Edge)
so
I
decided
I'd
give
them
a
call
to
learn
more
about
their
exercise
process
and
how
the
in
body
570
was
used
to
develop
&
manage
each
client's
unique
development
plan
to
achieve
personal
fitness
goals.
When
I
called
I
spoke
with
Sidhu
Gym
Owner,
who
was
very
friendly
and
helpful.
I
gave
him
some
background
on
my
situation.
When
I
asked
him
what
was
the
best
method
for
me
to
get
an
introduction
and
learn
more
about
what
Fitness
Edge
has
to
offer,
he
advise
that
I
set
up
an
intro
appointment.
When
I
arrived
for
my
scheduled
appointment,
I
was
introduced
to
Trainers.
I
told
him
I
was
a
new
client
and
he
started
with
a
tour
of
the
facility
and
where
everything
was
located,
parking,
etc.
which
was
helpful.
Then
he
had
me
fill
out
some
paperwork
(a
waiver).
What
I
expected
next
was
that
he
would
give
me
more
information
on
what
the
gym
was
about/what
made
Fitness
Edge
different
than
other
gyms,
their
methodologies,
and
ask
me
about
my
specific
fitness
goals
and
how
their
instructors
will
help
me
achieve
those
goals
with
"first
visit
so
you
can
prepare
accordingly.
Sidhu
did
offer
a
basic
education
of
what
my
workouts
would
start
with
and
the
type
of
training
I
would
be
doing
on
the
floor.
The
goal
of
my
appointment
was
to
1)
Get
a
better
understanding
of
their
gym
and
the
services
they
offered.
2)
Understand
how
their
services
and
exercise
methods
could
help
me
achieve
my
fitness
goals.
I
have
been
training
with
Fitness
Edge
for
almost
3
years
now.
In
this
time,
I've
lost
weight
almost
50
Kgs,
Fat,
gained
muscle
and
most
importantly
learned
how
to
properly
eat
to
maintain
my
progress.
The
crew
is
extremely
knowledgeable
and
willing/able
to
adapt
to
your
goals.
The
trainers
do
a
great
job
customizing
the
workouts
to
fit
my
condition
level
and
focus
on
my
target
areas
for
improvement.
When
I
really
wanted
to
tone
my
abs
-
we
did
a
variety
of
core
workouts
and
kept
things
fun!
Overall,
the
energy
is
always
positive
and
the
workouts
are
always
intense,
which
makes
the
perfect
combination
to
keep
me
motivated.
I
like
getting
to
know
multiple
trainers.
It
feels
like
they
all
care
about
my
fitness
goals,
which
makes
it
a
great
gym
community.
I
felt
like
trainers
really
cared
about
my
goals.
The
trainers
at
Fitness
Edge
have
helped
me
to
find
the
love
for
exercising
in
a
supportive,
challenging,
and
friendly
environment.
They
provide
a
mix
of
cardio,
HIIT,
and
weight
training
and
will
even
provide
you
with
workouts
for
when
you
come
into
the
gym
on
your
own.
It's
great
for
a
sense
of
accountability,
and
because
they
really
listen
to
what
you
want
(and
share
with
other
trainers
so
they
are
all
aligned
to
your
goals)
you
always
feel
like
you're
getting
the
personalized
attention
you
need
to
turn
it
into
a
habit.
I
have
worked
out
with
every
trainer
there
and
every
workout
is
designed
to
help
me
reach
my
personal
goals.
The
other
clients
are
also
really
wonderful
people.
And
the
best
part
is
the
results
I've
seen
-
I
feel
healthier
and
have
seen
positive
changes
in
my
body
and
have
a
new
found
passion
for
working
out.
