    For body maintain, it is best centre fitness. My weight reduced by 5 k.g within three months. Gym master are very helpful for demonstration. Recommended.

    If I talking about gym I say it's superb 🤘🏼......the gym owner and trainer has a good behaviour as well as they treat boys very gently, everything thing's good👍

    Pretty decent gym. There just one trainer, he's a nice guy. Not a posh place, infact it's very cheap. A good place to get into shape for beginners and intermediates

    I was workouted in this gym past many years ago and I have gone many gyms but I couldn't get the comfortable like this gym.. Like Coacher and the old equipment(stronger and clean).. This gym coachers are not well trained accept the owner who is well experienced and good trainer.. Loved this gym
