I
m
chitral
rangaswamy
,I
was
there
at
mutante
for
5
years
,I
admire
raghu
sir
coach
for
wat
he
taught
me
when
it
comes
to
fitness
,I
love
powerlifting
workout
too
,but
Wat
I
suggest
,individual
who
is
common
needs
strength
,flexibility
,endurance
.
Only
if
you
have
some
goals
in
powerlifting
this
would
be
apt
place
,there
is
no
stretching
or
yoga
,and
no
authenticated
trainers
at
gym
,lot
of
rules
that
you
should
eat
outside
the
gym
,
that
too
wr
everyone
leaves
slipper
,no
lockers
,
you
can’t
keep
water
bottle
on
bench
,you
should
not
do
any
entertaining
videos
for
your
own
social
profile
,you
should
not
speak
with
co
gym
mates
,just
like
lkg
classrooom
and
trainer
is
like
class
leader
,
always
complains
,
totally
a
messy
vibe
,no
exposure
if
you
achieve
something
too
like
updating
you
as
trainer
or
giving
exposure
,they
ll
not
entertain
workouts
which
they
don’t
teach
,Wat
I
suggest
is
if
your
goal
is
powerlifting
then
you
can
join
,but
if
you
get
injured
no
one
comes
,they
also
make
us
to
sign
the
agreement
saying
that
they
are
not
responsible
for
the
injury
.
Thank
you,it’s
true
review
,
Hello
mr
,it’s
not
about
5
years
to
understand
gym
rules,it’s
about
how
a
person
change
,if
his
nonsense
is
not
entertained,just
teaching
females
who
allows
you
for
massaging
,and
not
teaching
who
are
serious
about
workouts
,initially
everything
was
good,you
too
were
enthusiastic
and
was
kind
in
teaching
,but
as
you
tied
up
with
some
low
mindset
people,you
were
influenced
and
nothing
was
good
or
there
was
no
gratitude
too
,thank
you
for
those
days
wr
you
was
as
a
coach
😀
