Good coaching facility n ambience to workout...Coach Shivu is also one of the reason for me to give 4star rating as he observes your core strength and encourages you to push yourself to do the excersises which you would feel you cannot do

Love this place. Helps me keep fit . Love the various ways I can keep it . Something new everyday and the trainers are amazing!! Love the energy this place brings to me.

Amazing place it's a gym with CrossFit section it's a new innovative gym which must be encouraged more in every normal gym.

Joined this fitness center in the month of May'19, since I'm a fitness freak; however, post my experience I'm writing this review. Anyone who is looking to join here please don't even think of it. Discipline - there is absolutely no clue of any discipline followed in this particular gym. People here don't care about the equipments they use (dumbbells, weights etc) they just drop it at the spot and walk away without replacing them and the worst part is the coach here never advises any of these people to follow any discipline as such. Second the coach is least bothered to even look at the folks as to what they are doing or whether they are using the right technic to workout. Folks here just copy each other and work out without even knowing what they are doing or the name of any particular exercise. Third - the equipments here are not at all maintained, they are just being utilized day in day out without proper care or maintenance. I'm just waiting for my membership to lapse so that I can just switch to a better place.

Clean and tidy. Good atmosphere, Good ventilation and lighting. All the best equipment's. We'll maintained.
